As an Energy Optimisation Expert, you play a key role in maximising the value of our energy assets and shaping strategic investment decisions. You combine economic analysis with market expertise to drive projects that power tomorrow.

 

What you’ll do

  • You develop and maintain economic valuation models for upstream investments, from thermal assets to renewables and batteries.
  • You structure, negotiate and follow up on asset-backed trading contracts linked to strategic projects.
  • You validate business cases and present them to the Investment Committee in collaboration with Production and Finance.
  • You contribute to long-term market price forecasting and provide insights into Belgian electricity and ancillary services markets.
  • You monitor support mechanisms like Green Certificates, CfDs and CRM, assessing their impact on profitability.
  • You participate in EDF working groups and research projects to anticipate future flexibility needs and market evolutions.

 

What you bring

  • You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Commercial Sciences, and at least 3 years of experience in the energy sector.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and a keen interest in electricity and gas markets.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch/English or French/English and excel in presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • You are organised, a critical thinker and a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and transferring knowledge to others.
  • You have an innovative mindset and are eager to explore emerging technologies.

Senior Data Market Modelling Analyst

As a Senior Market Data Modelling Analyst, you are the go-to expert for market price data and price curves at Luminus. You design and maintain advanced data solutions that support trading, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. With your strong financial mindset, market knowledge, and analytical skills, you deliver insights that fuel our growth and accelerate the energy transition.

 

What you’ll do

  • You analyse market trends, prices, and regulations to identify opportunities and risks.
  • You develop and optimise forward curve models, as well as volatility and correlation calculations.
  • As Data Steward, you ensure market data quality and correct interpretation across the company.
  • While working closely with traders, analysts, data scientists and engineers, you enhance forecasting models and improve market understanding.
  • You build dashboards and tools that support trading, strategy and risk management.
  • You manage relationships with data providers and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • You communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across the business and affiliates, translating complex data into actionable insights.

 

What you bring

  • You have a strong financial background (experience in banking or energy markets is a major plus).
  • You understand energy markets and curve modelling techniques deeply.
  • You are proficiant in Python and Power BI; experience with SAS is a plus.
  • You combine analytical thinking with a keen eye for data quality and accuracy.
  • You communicate complex topics clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences.

Own the Future of Identity & Access at Luminus!

As an IAM Operations Manager, you take full ownership of our Identity & Access Management operations. You lead a small, dedicated team and ensure flawless execution of IAM processes while driving improvements that boost security, compliance, and business agility.

Thanks to the current growth and maturing IAM landscape at Luminus, you’ll step into a role where your expertise makes a visible impact from day one.

 

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end IAM operations, including user lifecycle, access provisioning, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
  • Oversee access reviews and attestation campaigns to maintain compliance and security.
  • Lead and coach a team of two IAM professionals, ensuring clear priorities and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage our IGA solution and ensure SLA performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot incidents, and implement preventive measures to reduce operational issues.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, with the freedom to propose and implement improvements as IAM matures further.

 

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on IAM/IGA operations experience, including platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID) and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Proven experience with IT Service Management processes and tools, plus familiarity with Agile frameworks.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and suppliers effectively, with the ability to bring stability and structure to a rapidly evolving IAM ecosystem.
  • ITIL certification or similar is a plus.
