Dankzij jouw inzet zorgen we voor een vlotte werking van ons windturbinepark van meer dan 300 turbines in België, inclusief alle technische, commerciële, juridische en financiële aspecten.

Wat je doet

• Je ondersteunt Asset Managers bij het categoriseren van events in onze SCADA-software.
• Je volgt wettelijke inspecties op, evalueert rapporten en registreert non-conformiteiten in SAP.
• Je verzamelt en organiseert onderhoudsrapporten van verschillende aannemers.
• Je beheert contracten, siteovereenkomsten en betalingen aan grondeigenaars.
• Je bereidt overeenkomsten en notariële akten voor in samenwerking met ons juridisch team.
• Je verzorgt aankopen van materiaal en diensten, communiceert met stakeholders en houdt de assetdatabase up-to-date.

• Je bent sterk georganiseerd en kan prioriteiten stellen bij dringende taken.

You work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable value and ensure long-term operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• You identify and resolve complex technical issues to improve fleet performance and reliability.
• You develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using advanced tools like CMS, oil analysis, and SCADA diagnostics.
• You lead technical improvement projects from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable impact.
• You coordinate on-site interventions with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and clear communication.
• You monitor SCADA systems and communication networks, spotting trends and implementing enhancements for optimal remote control.
• You act as technical lead for inspection and repair campaigns, including blades, drivetrain, and electrical systems.

What you bring

• You have a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in reliability, performance, or maintenance engineering, ideally in wind, BESS, or large-scale renewables.
• You demonstrate proven ability to lead projects independently and deliver performance improvements.
• You have strong expertise in SCADA systems, communication protocols, and diagnostic tools.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch, with working proficiency in the other national language, and have excellent English skills.
• You show initiative, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

En tant que Brigadier d’exploitation, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la performance technique en électricité et en instrumentation , la sécurité et le respect de l’environnement sur les sites de la centrale d’Angleur et de Seraing. Vous intégrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire pilotée par le responsable d’exploitation, où chaque intervention compte.

Votre quotidien en tant que Brigadier

• Vous assurez le suivi des problématiques techniques E&I ayant un impact sur la performance.

• Vous prenez en charge le dépannage de premier niveau ainsi que les essais en centrale.

• Vous réalisez des activités pluridisciplinaires liées aux tâches d’exploitation et de maintenance de premier niveau sur les équipements.

• Vous effectuez la mise en sécurité des installations et les mises en service, y compris en haute tension.

• Vous gérez l’intervention des équipes internes ou externes sur le site : planification, ouverture de chantier et autorisations de travail, vérification des permis et certificats, gestion des pièces de rechange, suivi de l’exécution et essais de remise en service.

• Vous contribuez activement à la sécurité des travailleurs internes et externes lors de l’exécution des travaux : analyse des risques, information aux intervenants, mise en sécurité, gestion des co-activités, autorisations et permis de travail, maintien de l’ordre et de la propreté, ainsi que le repli de chantier.

• Vous fournissez un retour d’information pertinent à votre responsable et dans les outils informatiques dédiés (rapports, enregistrements, suivi).

• Vous garantissez la qualité des boucles d’apprentissage techniques (reporting, RCA, pièces de rechange, processus).

• Vous participez à la définition des besoins d’amélioration des installations et équipements.

• Vous appuyez le responsable d’exploitation et le remplacez si nécessaire.

• En fonction de votre expérience et des besoins, vous pourriez intégrer un rôle de garde technique.

 Votre profil

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en automation ou électricité.
• Vous avez une expérience dans l’industrie, en production ou maintenance.
• Vous maîtrisez le français à l’oral comme à l’écrit ; l’anglais est un plus.
• Vous avez des compétences en maintenance et programmation d’automates.
• Vous apprenez rapidement et maîtrisez le process de la centrale d’Angleur.
• Vous êtes prêt à assurer un rôle de garde technique selon les besoins.
