Luminus wishes to continue to publish such a comprehensive report, to make sure it remains a Sustainability front-runner in the energy sector.

Goals of the assignment

The 2025 Sustainability report has to be published before June 30, 2026. To reach this deadline, collecting facts and figures starts in January. Chapters you can participate in include Ethics, Customer Satisfaction, Energy Solutions and Human Resources.

You will thus get acquainted with a complex, challenging sector – especially from a Sustainability point of view. You will also learn how to deal with sensitive topics, such as health & safety, inclusion, supply chain monitoring, stakeholder dialogue, etc.

Required initial training

Masters in Business Administration, Political or Social Sciences, Communication, Human Resources, etc. – a specialization in Sustainability Management would be a big plus.

Required skills

You are eligible for an immersion contract. ( More info on Bruxelles-J)

Rigorous organization during proofreading periods, strong time management skills.

Pedagogy & empathy, Team spirit.
