Als Elektrisch Onderhoudstechnieker ben je een sleutelfiguur in het garanderen van de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van onze centrales en batterijpark. Dankzij jouw expertise blijven onze installaties veilig en operationeel, zelfs bij onverwachte uitdagingen.

Wat je doet

• Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan elektrische installaties zoals hoog- en laagspanningsborden, turbines en batterijsystemen.
• Je analyseert storingen, stelt diagnoses en zorgt voor efficiënte oplossingen.
• Je leest en past elektrische schema’s nauwkeurig aan.
• Je werkt mee aan revisies en nieuwe projecten door elektrische werken uit te voeren.
• Je begeleidt onderaannemers en ziet toe op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
• Je volgt administratieve taken op en registreert alles correct in SAP.

Wat je meebrengt

• Je hebt een bachelordiploma in  elektriciteit.

Au sein de notre organisation Retail – Direct Sales (DISA), nous collaborons étroitement avec des partenaires nationaux du retail et des agences de vente afin de proposer directement nos produits et services aux clients résidentiels et professionnels.Cette fonction concerne spécifiquement la région Liège - Luxembourg, avec une forte présence sur le terrain afin de soutenir nos partenaires commerciaux et points de vente locaux.En tant que Field Sales Manager Direct Sales, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le pilotage de la performance commerciale au sein d’une région définie. Véritable lien entre Luminus, les partenaires de vente et les points de vente, vous veillez à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente quantitatifs et qualitatifs tout en garantissant l’excellence opérationnelle et des partenariats solides et durables sur le terrain.

Ce que vous ferez

• Piloter la performance commerciale régionale en développant et en mettant en œuvre des plans d’action en étroite collaboration avec le Sales Manager.
• Gérer et coacher au quotidien les partenaires commerciaux assignés, y compris les conseillers énergie, les coachs et les chefs d’équipe.
• Agir comme point de contact régional principal pour les points de vente et les organisations partenaires, du terrain jusqu’au niveau du management.
• Coordonner l’ensemble des activités commerciales et opérationnelles au sein de la zone attribuée, pour les produits et services existants comme nouveaux.
• Soutenir l’excellence commerciale via des formations, certifications, sessions de coaching, événements commerciaux, challenges et programmes d’incentive.
• Suivre les résultats et la qualité opérationnelle en monitorant les KPI, en traitant les plaintes ou conflits et en reportant les performances de manière hebdomadaire.

Ce que vous apportez

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente dans un domaine commercial ou orienté business.
• Vous êtes bilingue français–néerlandais et possédez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
• Vous justifiez d’au moins deux ans d’expérience en gestion commerciale, vente terrain ou coaching commercial.
• Vous combinez un fort sens commercial avec d’excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
• Vous faites preuve d’un esprit entrepreneurial, de flexibilité, de motivation et d’une approche orientée solutions.

As an Energy Optimisation Expert, you play a key role in maximising the value of our energy assets and shaping strategic investment decisions. You combine economic analysis with market expertise to drive projects that power tomorrow.

What you’ll do

• You develop and maintain economic valuation models for upstream investments, from thermal assets to renewables and batteries.
• You structure, negotiate and follow up on asset-backed trading contracts linked to strategic projects.
• You validate business cases and present them to the Investment Committee in collaboration with Production and Finance.
• You contribute to long-term market price forecasting and provide insights into Belgian electricity and ancillary services markets.
• You monitor support mechanisms like Green Certificates, CfDs and CRM, assessing their impact on profitability.
• You participate in EDF working groups and research projects to anticipate future flexibility needs and market evolutions.

What you bring

• You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Commercial Sciences, and at least 3 years of experience in the energy sector.
• You bring strong analytical skills and a keen interest in electricity and gas markets.

As Team Lead Hybrid Platform, you lead the transformation and the run of Luminus’s hybrid IT landscape - covering data centers, cloud and networks. • You lead the development of a platform architecture & service model that is modular, secure and future-ready, supporting both legacy systems and cloud-native environments.
