As a Sales Tools Expert, you are the driving force behind the digital registration tools our partners use every day. You help develop new features, oversee rollouts, and ensure seamless follow-up of incidents. Thanks to your efforts, our sales teams can work faster, more efficiently, and with a stronger customer focus.
You are part of the sales team and work closely with colleagues from both business and IT to continuously improve our digital sales processes.
What you’ll do:
- In this role, you ensure the scrum team’s progress towards team goals.
- By eliminating impediments, you keep the team focused on achieving Sprint objectives.
- Through quality assurance, you ensure standards are met before software is shipped to production.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, you manage the backlog and guide the team on priorities and scope.
- Facilitating meetings and Agile rituals, you help the team embrace Agile values and practices.
- As an Agile Coach, you support the wider organization in adopting Agile processes and mindsets.
What you bring:
- You have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- You are fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French as a plus.
- You can connect and communicate effectively to engage stakeholders.
- You have a good understanding of business contexts and complex IT architectures.
- You are skilled in critical thinking to improve processes and boost creativity.
- You can share knowledge through storytelling and presentations.
