The Data & Analytics (DNA) department is a key pillar of Luminus’ transformation towardsa data-centric organization. Within the RT DNA operating model, delivery is structuredaround platform teams, responsible for developing and maintaining both the enterpriseData&Analytics platform and Visualization Platform, and cross-functional scrum and fusionteams, focused on delivering data products and solutions for specific business domains.To strengthen technical excellence and team cohesion, DNA is adopting a hybrid HRorganization that combines stable platform teams — functioning both as Scrum and HRteams — with centralized pools of experts who report to domain managers and areassigned to scrum and fusion teams to support the delivery in the business domains.The Domain Manager for Data & Analytics Platforms leads and develops the teamsresponsible for designing, evolving, and operating the Data & AI Platform andVisualization Platform. These platforms enable effective data management, businessintelligence, AI and data interoperability across the organization.This role is accountable for ensuring that the platforms remain secure, reliable, scalable,and cost-efficient, while continuously integrating new technologies to meet evolvingbusiness needs.The Domain Manager also drives the adoption of platform capabilities across theorganization, ensuring that teams fully leverage available tools, services, and standards tomaximize value and efficiency.Key CompetenciesThe IT Domain Manager Data&Analytics Platforms- Demonstrates strong leadership and people management by empowering, coaching,and developing teams, while guiding tech leads, platform and visualization engineers- Possesses solid expertise in Agile delivery, with deep knowledge of frameworkssuch as Scrum and SAFe, delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), andDevOps practices.- Communicates effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability toengage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.- Applies strategic thinking and problem-solving to analyse complex issues andprovide actionable solutions.- Demonstrates a deep understanding of data platform architecture, integration patternsand cloud technologies 2- Shows deep understanding of product management with the ability to define, prioritize,and communicate a platform roadmap that is aligned with business priorities. andtechnological evolution.- Maintains a strong interest in innovation and emerging technologies- Brings proven experience in driving continuous improvement, establishing bestpractices, and leveraging automation and cost optimization.- Collaborates effectively with product owners, architects, scrum masters, and dataintelligence teams to balance delivery priorities and technical quality- Ensures governance and compliance of platforms (data, AI, security – GDPR, AI act,Data act etc.)Main Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop Tech Leads, Platform Engineers, and Visualization Expertsby fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture providing coaching, feedback,and career development while guiding teams in solving technical challenges.Managing the full HR lifecycle including coaching, evaluations, and recruitment.- Define and maintain the platforms roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT and businesspriorities, architectural standards and technology evolution.- Oversee roadmap execution, ensuring engineering best practices, technologicalsustainability and avoidance of vendor lock-in.- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to monitor team performance, progress, and qualitymetrics, ensuring milestones are achieved and initiating corrective actions whennecessary.- Safeguard platform reliability by overseeing performance monitoring, incidentmanagement, and cost optimization.- Work with IT and business teams to support platform adoption, share knowledgeacross teams, and promote best practices to maximize value and return oninvestment.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, using metrics and feedback to improveplatform efficiency, usability, and maintainability.- Contribute to defining the resource strategy (internal vs externals resources) andrecruitment priorities for the domain- Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring performance and mitigating risksassociated with partnerships. Oversee contracts and performance to ensurealignment with objectives.- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies andworking with Scrum Masters to remove blockers.- Manage the domain budget and provide transparent financial oversight, monitoringplatform costs and driving optimization
QualificationsRequired qualifications:- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology orrelated field (or equivalent professional experience)- Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management or agile leadership, preferablywithin a data & analytics department- Solid understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies, includingdata architecture, integration, analytics, AI/ML enablement, and visualization
3- Strategic thinking, product management skills, and problem solving to define andexecute roadmaps aligned with business and IT priorities- Experience working in Agile environments and managing delivery in complex,cross-functional setups- Proven ability to motivate, develop, and guide technical teams- Resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty in fast-changingcontexts- Affinity with IT solutions at all levels and good understanding of businesscontexts- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management and compliancestandards.- Experience managing external vendors and third-party service providers- Experience in budget, resource, and cost management for platform initiatives- Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).Preferred Qualifications- Recognized certifications in Agile delivery (e.g. CSM/PSM, SAFe) or projectmanagement (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).- Strong interest in emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, automation, anddata-driven innovation- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, IT systems integration, and infrastructureprojects- Understanding of data product thinking and modern domain-driven architectures- Experience defining and tracking platform KPIs and value metrics
