Als Customer Care Residential Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end afhandeling van klantendossiers en de tweedelijnsondersteuning van klanten (dossiers en vragen die via het contactcenter worden doorgegeven). Je rapporteert aan je teammanager.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in een commerciële omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van verkooptechnieken, communicatie en onderhandeling.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Je hebt kennis van SAP.
  • Operationele kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent in staat om proactief beslissingen te nemen en acties te ondernemen op basis van ontvangen en samengevoegde informatie.

En tant que Cybersecurity Data Scientist vous jouez un rôle clé dans la sécurisation de nos environnements industriels critiques. Vous combinez data science, gestion des actifs et intelligence artificielle pour détecter, prévenir et neutraliser les cybermenaces dans les environnements OT/ICS tels que SCADA, DCS, PLC et IIoT.
 
Ce que vous ferez?
  • Vous mettez en œuvre des solutions de gestion des actifs OT pour assurer une visibilité complète sur l’inventaire et les vulnérabilités.
  • Vous construisez des flux de données qui collectent, relient et enrichissent les logs OT, les données d’actifs et les vulnérabilités.
  • Vous créez des tableaux de bord qui suivent l’inventaire, les niveaux de risque et la conformité aux normes IEC62443/NIS2-CyFun.
  • Vous analysez les protocoles industriels (Modbus, IEC61850, OPC-UA, Profinet, etc.) pour détecter les comportements anormaux.
  • Vous intégrez vos modèles dans les outils de surveillance en collaboration avec les équipes SOC OT, réseau et sécurité IT.
  • Vous contribuez activement aux simulations de threat hunting et de red teaming pour renforcer la sécurité OT.

 

Ce que vous apportez?
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en électronique-ICT ou équivalent en cybersécurité, data science ou ingénierie.
  • Vous avez entre 2 et 5 ans d’expérience en cybersécurité OT, data science ou gestion d’actifs industriels.
  • Vous maîtrisez les solutions de gestion des actifs et des vulnérabilités OT.
  • Vous avez une solide connaissance des environnements OT/ICS et des protocoles industriels.
  • Vous maîtrisez Python pour la data science (pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow, PyOD) et avez de l’expérience en analyse de séries temporelles et visualisation de données.

What You'll do
  • You monitor and analyze BESS performance using second-level SCADA data.

As a Contract Manager – Renewable Energy Financing, you coordinate third-party financing projects, ensuring overall project profitability. You negotiate contract details, co-construct financial business plans, monitor construction and follow up on operational performance. Additionally, you manage invoicing and contracts throughout the asset's lifetime and serve as the main contact for financial institutions financing the installations through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).

  • By integrating financing options into renewable energy proposals you support the sales team.
