As a Sales Tools Expert, you are the driving force behind the digital registration tools our partners use every day. You help develop new features, oversee rollouts, and ensure seamless follow-up of incidents. Thanks to your efforts, our sales teams can work faster, more efficiently, and with a stronger customer focus.

You are part of the sales team and work closely with colleagues from both business and IT to continuously improve our digital sales processes.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you ensure the scrum team’s progress towards team goals.
By eliminating impediments, you keep the team focused on achieving Sprint objectives.
Through quality assurance, you ensure standards are met before software is shipped to production.
Collaborating with Product Owners, you manage the backlog and guide the team on priorities and scope.
Facilitating meetings and Agile rituals, you help the team embrace Agile values and practices.
As an Agile Coach, you support the wider organization in adopting Agile processes and mindsets.

What you bring:

You have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
You are fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French as a plus.
You can connect and communicate effectively to engage stakeholders.
You have a good understanding of business contexts and complex IT architectures.
You are skilled in critical thinking to improve processes and boost creativity.
You can share knowledge through storytelling and presentations.
