The ICT department is the digital tech enabler within Luminus. With a strong sense of ownership, it has expanded into various tech fields. These are the domains we operate in:

Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity team protects Luminus’ energy infrastructure and digital assets from cyber threats. They prevent attacks, secure networks, and safeguard data integrity to ensure smooth, uninterrupted energy delivery.

Their focus is on implementing advanced security measures to keep our operations resilient and trustworthy.

Drive Agile Excellence and Empower High-Performing Teams

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you are a servant leader and coach who guides scrum teams toward high performance and self-organization. You ensure operational stability (build & run), foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across digital delivery. You bridge agile practices with people leadership, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team wellbeing in one of Luminus' most central IT teams.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a scrum team so that you and your colleagues deliver high-quality applications, services, and stable operations.
  • Take ownership of delivery roadmaps, ensuring that your team executes on time and within budget.
  • Manage the full HR cycle for your team, supporting your people with coaching, growth, and performance reviews (internals & externals).
  • Facilitate Agile rituals and help your team adopt SAFe principles and Luminus methodologies.
  • Coordinate inter-team collaboration within a Release Train environment and across multiple IT domains, making sure you maintain alignment with stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments proactively so that you and the team can focus on continuous improvement.

 

What you bring

  • You have strong coaching and leadership skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience leading agile teams, with strong people management skills and affinity with modern digital technologies.
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
  • You understand enterprise software and governance processes.
  • You are a proactive decision-maker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are experienced in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and IT operations (build & run).
  • You are familiar with or have affinity with tools and technologies such as Jira/Confluence, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Azure, Sanity CMS, Git, CI/CD, monitoring and incident handling.

Technical Analyst SAP (FICO / HR)

The IT Supporting Services team drives the Supporting Services application development and maintenance (adhering to Agile principles and practices), ensuring operational excellence in the Supporting Services technology stack and driving its ongoing evolution.

The Supporting Services technology stack is the backbone for the processes of Finance & HR.

The SAP FICO Solution Designer (Technical) is the subject matter expert in SAP FICO with strong ABAP development skills. You are accountable for capturing and converting business requirements into a pragmatic solution design (MVP if required), translating them into technical specifications and configurations within SAP (ECC & S/4 HANA), and delivering high-quality solutions. You ensure feasibility, affordability, and long-term value.

 

Your daily job

  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure solution designs adhere to the overall solution architecture.
  • Support the Solution Architect and the Business Engagement Team during intake.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solution designs and ABAP developments, ensuring fit-for-purpose and value for money.
  • Deliver configuration, technical design, ABAP development, implementation and testing within agreed timeline and budget.
  • Provide expert advice within SAP FICO / MM, ensuring end-to-end process alignment.
  • Estimate effort and workload for solution design, development and testing.
  • Ensure designs comply with solution principles, IT & security policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Document your solution designs and developments, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Provide input when dependencies with other changes are identified.
  • You will be allocated on one or more of our main projects and initiatives: Release Train “Support Services”, S/4 HANA upgrade project, …

 

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in exact sciences (preferably IT) or equivalent through relevant experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of proven experience in SAP ABAP development and technical solution design.
  • You have strong expertise in SAP FICO and solid knowledge of at least one other SAP module (preferably MM).
  • You have experience with S/4 HANA projects (upgrade/migration is a plus).
  • You combine technical expertise with strong listening, communication and analytical skills.
  • You are autonomous, a strong team player, and motivated to invest long-term in SAP.
  • You are business proficient in English and at least in Dutch or French.

Release Train Engineer

Drive Agile Excellence Across Teams and Transform How We Deliver Energy Solutions!

Our IT team delivers value for Luminus and our customers, focusing on robust, secure and sustainable technology. We’re transforming our Cloud, Data and Security capabilities to support the energy transition.

 

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you are a servant leader and agile coach for the OptiGen scrum teams. You work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to help teams become high-performing, self-organizing units that consistently meet their goals. You foster collaboration across teams, manage dependencies and lead key transformation projects across Program Increments, all while embracing SAFe principles and agile best practices.

 

At the same time, this role goes beyond the typical scope of an RTE: about 50% of your focus lies on product management and project-follow up, ensuring alignment between delivery goals, roadmap execution and business priorities.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Support the Domain Director Optimization & Generation as you lead medium-sized transformation programs from intake to delivery.
  • Co-manage the translation of the IT roadmap into actionable technology projects, ensuring you maintain alignment with delivery goals.
  • Help the teams stay focused on sprint and PI objectives as you remove blockers and drive progress.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld across scrum teams as you guide them through definitions of ready and done.
  • Coordinate dependencies and releases across teams and ARTs while you structure project follow-up in Jira.
  • Represent the release train in the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence as you foster collaboration and agile maturity.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • You have solid experience in Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe, and a strong background in project/program management.
  • You are used to facilitate and guide agile processes across teams.
  • You are skilled in using Jira and other project tracking tools to monitor team delivery.
  • You understand complex IT architectures and bridge agile and waterfall ways of working. 
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, using storytelling and presentations to engage stakeholders.
  • You think critically and creatively to improve processes and team dynamics.
  • You are fluent in English; and in Dutch or French.
