En quoi consiste votre job ?

  • Mettre en place des actions marketing qui boostent nos ventes.
  • Convaincre les prospects et les clients de choisir l'énergie renouvelable et les solutions énergétiques de Luminus.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos filiales pour couvrir encore plus de marchés et de clients.
  • Analyser et exploiter des téraoctets de données consommateurs pour trouver de nouvelles idées.
  • Conclure des accords lucratifs, lancer des collaborations durables qui renforcent notre position sur le marché.

Nos équipes

  • Stratégie commerciale : Comment atteindre et convaincre plus de clients sur de nouveaux marchés, tant B2C que B2B ?
  • Marketing & Digital : Campagnes "above-the-line" avec TV, radio, affichage... Campagnes en ligne, mailings, programmes de fidélité et plus encore. Vous avez sûrement déjà vu nos campagnes ?
  • Ventes : Mettre les produits et les promotions sur le marché.

As a Sales Tools Expert, you are the driving force behind the digital registration tools our partners use every day. You coordinate incidents, improve functionalities and ensure a seamless collaboration between business and IT. Thanks to your efforts, our sales teams can work faster, more efficiently, and with a stronger customer focus.

You are part of the Retail Sales team and work closely with colleagues from both business and IT to continuously improve our digital sales processes.

 

What you’ll do

  • Manage and follow up incidents related to our sales tools: analyse root causes, coordinate with the right teams, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collect and translate business needs from sales into clear, structured user stories for IT.
  • Validate and test new features and guide implementation for our sales partners.
  • Monitor priorities and ensure smooth progress of ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and sales stakeholders to guarantee that digital solutions meet business expectations.
  • Proactively communicate updates and ensure clear status reporting to all stakeholders.

 

What you’ll bring

  • A strong analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Affinity with IT tools and digital processes, while keeping a strong business orientation.
  • The ability to translate complex business needs into actionable IT requirements.
  • A proactive, curious and self-driven attitude — you take initiative and enjoy exploring solutions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is an asset, but not the main focus.

As a Key Account Manager for Strategic Business Accounts, you'll be the driving force within our motivated sales team. You'll forge strong relationships with both colleagues in operations, pricing, and the most energy-intensive companies. By building sustainable partnerships with large (inter)national industrial customers, you'll provide them with innovative energy products, services, and solutions. You'll actively explore the market, creating successful and profitable customer relationships for both the short and long term.

 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Building strong relationships, you manage and grow a portfolio of strategic B2B customers.
  • Acquisition and growth strategies that deliver results are designed and driven by you.
  • Diving into customer needs, you translate them to tailored energy solutions.
  • Commercial targets are achieved and win-win deals negotiated by you.
  • Acting as an trusted energy advisor, you guide customers toward efficiency and sustainability.
  • The voice of the customer is represented by you within Luminus, as you collaborate closely with internal teams.

 

 

What you bring 

 

  • You have a master's degree (economics, management or engineering).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English.
  • You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector.
  • You have strong commercial skills, are good at building relationships and preferably have an existing network.
  • You have experience in energy management, sales, energy advice or project management.

Boost our digital sales engine as our next E-Commerce Performance Expert

 

As an E-Commerce Performance Expert, you are responsible for boosting the performance of Luminus.be by running test campaigns, analyzing data and continuously optimizing digital journeys to meet strategic sales goals.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • The performance of Luminus.be is driven by you through A/B and multivariate tests that enhance user experience and boost conversion.
  • Test plans aligned with our digital sales strategy are built and managed by you, with their impact on sales closely monitored.
  • Customer journeys are analyzed by you to identify opportunities for optimizing product pages, funnels and CTAs.
  • With teams from Digital, Marketing, Data, Pricing and Product, you collaborate to turn insights into action.
  • CRO tools and dashboards are managed by you, with data translated into clear actionable recommendations.
  • Lead generation, cross-sell initiatives and campaign performance are supported by you, while keeping an eye on digital trends and competitor benchmarks.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • You have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or equivalent experience.
  • You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, ideally in energy, telecom or banking.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch or French and comfortable working in English.
  • You’re a CRO and analytics pro, with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar and Optimizely in your toolkit.
  • You know your way around SEO, digital advertising (Google, Meta, Display…) and UX testing platforms.
  • You’re analytical, structured and results-driven with a talent for turning data into business impact.
