As a Sales Tools Expert, you are the driving force behind the digital registration tools our partners use every day. You coordinate incidents, improve functionalities and ensure a seamless collaboration between business and IT. Thanks to your efforts, our sales teams can work faster, more efficiently, and with a stronger customer focus.
You are part of the Retail Sales team and work closely with colleagues from both business and IT to continuously improve our digital sales processes.
What you’ll do
- Manage and follow up incidents related to our sales tools: analyse root causes, coordinate with the right teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect and translate business needs from sales into clear, structured user stories for IT.
- Validate and test new features and guide implementation for our sales partners.
- Monitor priorities and ensure smooth progress of ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with IT and sales stakeholders to guarantee that digital solutions meet business expectations.
- Proactively communicate updates and ensure clear status reporting to all stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- A strong analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Affinity with IT tools and digital processes, while keeping a strong business orientation.
- The ability to translate complex business needs into actionable IT requirements.
- A proactive, curious and self-driven attitude — you take initiative and enjoy exploring solutions independently.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Experience working in an Agile environment is an asset, but not the main focus.
