En tant que Technicien(ne) E&I, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des installations électriques et de contrôle-commande de la nouvelle centrale de Seraing. Vous mettez votre expertise technique au service de la production d’énergie, aussi bien en phase de construction que lors de l’exploitation.

Ce que vous ferez en tant que Technicien E&I

• Vous exécutez des travaux de maintenance, de dépannage, de mise en service et de projets sur les équipements électriques et d’automation.
• Vous préparez et sécurisez les travaux E&I : analyses de risques, consignations, autorisations de travail et ouvertures de chantier.
• Vous apportez temporairement votre expertise au projet de construction de la nouvelle centrale, en support à l’équipe logistique.
• Vous assurez le suivi et la coordination des prestations réalisées par des partenaires externes (rôle de RST).
• Vous soutenez techniquement vos collègues sur des équipements complexes (alternateurs, transformateurs, automates, instrumentation…).
• Vous documentez vos interventions et assurez le suivi administratif via SAP, dans le respect des processus de maintenance.

Ce que vous apportez

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en électricité, électromécanique, énergie ou automation, ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente d’au moins 10 ans en électricité industrielle et/ou automation.
• Vous travaillez de manière structurée, autonome et collaborative, avec de solides compétences relationnelles et de communication.
• Vous accordez une grande importance à la sécurité, à l’environnement et à la cybersécurité.
• Vous maîtrisez la Suite Office et disposez de connaissances en SAP PM (SAP MM est un atout).
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
• Vous aimez combiner expertise technique et travail de terrain.

Within Luminus, our B2B Transformation & Change department supports the continuous evolution of our B2B business by driving change, improving processes and strengthening knowledge sharing across teams. We ensure that our colleagues have access to the right information, tools and training to perform efficiently in a fast-changing environment.

Working closely with operational teams, analysts and stakeholders across B2B, we structure, maintain and continuously improve how knowledge is created, shared and used.

As a B2B Knowledge Officer, you play a key role in ensuring that knowledge within our B2B organization is structured, accessible and continuously improved. You act as a connector between teams, tools and content, helping colleagues find the right information and supporting them in their daily work.

What you’ll do

• Managing and maintaining knowledge content in tools such as Salesforce Knowledge and MyLearning, ensuring information is accurate, structured and up to date.
• Coordinating with stakeholders (analysts, knowledge owners, operational teams) to collect, validate and publish content.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and taking initiative to optimize processes, tools and ways of working.
• Supporting and organizing trainings, and occasionally delivering sessions on tools such as Salesforce or learning platforms.
• Managing the B2B knowledge mailbox and supporting colleagues with their questions.
• Contributing to key projects such as the development of a skills matrix and onboarding improvements.

What you bring

• You are fluent in either Dutch or French (mandatory) with a good understanding of the other language and a good professional understanding of English.
• You are proactive, structured and enjoy bringing clarity in complex or unstructured environments.
• You have strong communication skills and naturally connect with different stakeholders.
• You are curious and show genuine interest in how a B2B organization operates.
• You are organized and able to manage multiple small tasks as well as larger initiatives.
• You learn new tools quickly (experience with Salesforce or learning platforms is a plus, not a must).

We seek highly motivated interns to help support the finance department in its digital journey.You will work on RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and other data initiatives supporting our goal to become a data driven company. Therefore, the intern will have also the opportunity to interact with stakeholders within the whole finance department (controlling, accounting, risk, …).  

In this long journey, you will work on similar projects as the ones posted hereafter (not exhaustive list): Automate data transformation and consolidation with tools such as Power Query or Python, Leverage Power Automate Desktop to automate financial processes, Develop Dashboards and report in tools such as Qlik Sense, Ensure data consistency, … .

This internship is a great opportunity to gain a first professional experience in the data and finance field in an organization that strives to create the energy supply of tomorrow in a sustainable and ecological approach.

Your daily job as intern 

• You develop new implementations to improve operational excellence (RPA, Data visualization, ...).
• You collect and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• You support existing data initiatives to help Luminus to better control and manage its data.
• You improve and facilitate the understanding of data assets within the organization.
• You help to prepare and organize status meetings with different key stakeholders. 
• You build deep understanding of the energy sector, finance, RPA and data visualization in Qlik.

Your profile

We are looking for highly motivated intern with a diverse range of educational backgrounds, including IT, business, engineering, economics, and related fields. Candidates with a keen interest in the energy business and a strong passion for learning about data, automation, and finance are encouraged to apply.

Interns must be enrolled at a college or university at the moment of the internship. 

• You are proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• You have a strong familiarity with data analysis and transformation techniques, such as Power Query or Python, which you leverage to automate data processes and enhance data consolidation efficiency.
• Your knowledge or experience in utilizing automation tools, specifically RPA (Power Automate Desktop), allows you to streamline financial processes effectively, improving operational efficiency and accuracy.
• You possess the ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI. Your skills in visualizing data help stakeholders understand complex information easily.
• Your strong multitasking abilities and capability to work independently enable you to manage projects efficiently and deliver high-quality results consistently.
• You have effective oral and written communication skills, allowing you to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• You possess strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• You are proficient in Dutch and/or French, along with being fluent in English, enabling you to communicate effectively in multilingual environments.

This internship lastst between 4 to 12 months. You are expected to be available at least 4 days a week. We are aiming to find some support between the period of June 2026 and end of year.
