You’ll join our Generation Data Intelligence team, working hand-in-hand with domain experts and plant operators to tackle the unique challenges of electricity production.

What you’ll do

• You design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that predict failures, optimise maintenance, and boost energy output.
• You implement MLOps best practices, ensuring robust monitoring, testing, and sustainable deployment pipelines.
• You collaborate with engineers, operators, and domain experts to deliver impactful solutions for daily operations.
• You work closely with the IT NEO Data Platform team to standardise ML workflows and leverage shared Python packages.
• You transform raw operational data into structured, reusable insights aligned with Data Governance principles.
• You explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches, such as multi-agent reinforcement learning, to drive optimisation.

What you bring

• You have a strong interest in the energy sector and a deep understanding of electricity production challenges.
• You bring 5+ years of experience industrialising machine learning products from concept to production.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French, enabling smooth collaboration in multilingual environments.
• You are skilled in AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker) and Python for data science and ML.
• You have experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyOD, and Darts, plus DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker).
• Bonus points for expertise in time series anomaly detection, AI-assisted coding, RAG systems, and historians such as Aveva OSIsoft PI.

As Team Lead Hybrid Platform, you lead the transformation and the run of Luminus’s hybrid IT landscape - covering data centers, cloud and networks. You set the strategic direction, ensuring our platforms are stable, secure, and fully aligned with business needs. By defining and executing a bold roadmap, you’ll unite infrastructure teams into a federated platform model, embedding risk management and operational excellence at the core.

What you’ll do

• You take charge of strategic planning & transformation, defining the vision for the IT Infrastructure Platform Team and translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap that supports scalability and agility.
• You lead the development of a platform architecture & service model that is modular, secure and future-ready, supporting both legacy systems and cloud-native environments.
• You ensure operational excellence by overseeing both build and run activaties, taking decisive leadership when incidents occur.
• You play a key role in governance & compliance, embedding cybersecurity and regulatory standards into every aspect of infrastructure operations.
• You take ownership of financial management & vendor strategy, managing budgets with FinOps principles and building strong partnerships with infrastructure solution providers.
• You inspire and grow the team through team leadership & development, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• You act as a strategic connector in stakeholder engagement & communication, translating infrastructure strategies into clear updates for senior leadership and business stakeholders.

What you bring

• You hold a university degree in computer science or equivalent.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in Data Center, Cloud, or Network Management within an environment where IT is business-critical.
• You are certified in IT Risk Management and understand how to embed risk controls into infrastructure operations.
• You have deep expertise in IT infrastructure landscape and trends.
• You bring strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive transformation and innovation.
• You can delegate effectively to specialists and remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• You communicate effectively across technical and business domains, aligning teams and stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French (preferably French).

As an IT Domain Manager Data & Analytics Platforms, you lead the teams that design, evolve, and operate our Data & AI Platform and Visualization Platform. You drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and make sure our platforms are secure, scalable, and ready for tomorrow’s challenges.

What you’ll do

• You lead, coach, and develop Tech Leads, Platform Engineers, and Visualization Experts.
• You define and maintain the platform roadmap, aligning it with IT and business priorities.
• You ensure platform reliability through performance monitoring, incident management, and cost optimization.
• You promote platform adoption and knowledge sharing across teams.
• You manage external vendors and contracts, ensuring performance and risk mitigation.
• You oversee the domain budget and provide transparent financial reporting.

What you bring

• You have 7+ years of experience in IT management or agile leadership, ideally in data & analytics.
• You bring deep expertise in data architecture, cloud technologies, and visualization platforms.
• You think strategically and have strong product management and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps practices.
• You communicate clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• You understand governance, compliance (GDPR, AI Act), and cost control.
