  • Réseau et Architecture : Construire et optimiser le réseau numérique et l'infrastructure via nos systèmes. Plus intelligents, plus verts, plus rapides.
  • DevOps & Développement de logiciels : Programmer, tester et déployer de nouveaux outils et applications, mettre à jour les systèmes d'exploitation existants.
  • Cloud Computing : Migrer vers des environnements cloud résilients, évolutifs et automatisés grâce à l'Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Cybersécurité : Nos experts en cybersécurité protègent nos installations et nos systèmes contre les virus.
  • Transformation digitale : Agile et Scrum sont la norme chez Luminus.

Agile Delivery Manager

Drive Agile Excellence and Empower High-Performing Teams

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you are a servant leader and coach who guides scrum teams toward high performance and self-organization. You ensure operational stability (build & run), foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across digital delivery. You bridge agile practices with people leadership, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team wellbeing in one of Luminus’ most business-critical digital domains: Digital Customer Onboarding & the Public Website.

You take end-to-end ownership of delivery and operations, while creating a safe, transparent environment where teams can grow, take responsibility and deliver real customer impact.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a mature scrum team (mix of internal & external colleagues) so that you and your colleagues deliver high-quality applications, digital flows and stable operations.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of build & run, including delivery roadmaps, operational stability, incident follow-up and continuous improvement within your application scope.
  • Manage the full HR cycle for your team members (internals & externals): coaching, performance follow-up, evaluations and development.
  • Facilitate Agile rituals and help your team apply SAFe principles and Luminus methodologies in a pragmatic, delivery-focused way.
  • Coordinate inter-team collaboration within an Agile Release Train and across multiple IT and business domains, proactively managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
  • Remove impediments and take tactical decisions so that your team can deliver committed business value with quality and predictability.

 

What you’ll bring

  • You have strong coaching and people leadership skills and lead in a servant leadership style, focused on trust, transparency and autonomy.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience leading agile teams, including people management, in a complex digital or IT environment.
  • You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of either Dutch or French, allowing you to work closely with business stakeholders.
  • You understand how enterprise software, integrations and governance processes work in a multi-application landscape.
  • You are a proactive decision-maker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have solid experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe and IT operations (build & run), and affinity with tools and technologies such as Jira/Confluence, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Azure, Sanity CMS, Git, CI/CD, monitoring and incident handling.

As a Data Engineer, you play a key role in bridging data infrastructure and business reporting. You design optimized data models and semantic layers for BI tools like Power BI and Qlik, ensuring stakeholders have fast, reliable, and actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Your mission goes beyond building pipelines—you enable business value by creating scalable BI-ready datasets that fuel analytics and reporting across Luminus’ optimization activities.

 

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement robust data products and end-to-end pipelines aligned with best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Build optimized data models and semantic layers for BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik to deliver consistent, high-performance reporting.
  • Ensure scalability and reliability through pipeline automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic objectives and reporting needs.
  • Empower business users by providing training and coaching to help them become autonomous in managing their reports.
  • Stay ahead of technological trends in data engineering, machine learning, and modern data management practices.

 

What you bring

  • A Master’s degree in STEM, Business Engineering (Data Science specialization), or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Hands-on experience with BI development tools (Power BI, Qlik), including semantic layer design and data model optimization.
  • Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, plus practical experience with Apache Spark, DBT, and Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of DataOps practices and data governance principles to ensure quality, compliance, and security.
  • A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Generation Machine Learning Engineer

Shape the Future of Energy with Machine Learning!As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how we optimise power generation through data-driven solutions. You’ll join our Generation Data Intelligence team, working hand-in-hand with domain experts and plant operators to tackle the unique challenges of electricity production.

What you’ll do

  • You design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that predict failures, optimise maintenance, and boost energy output.
  • You implement MLOps best practices, ensuring robust monitoring, testing, and sustainable deployment pipelines.
  • You collaborate with engineers, operators, and domain experts to deliver impactful solutions for daily operations.
  • You work closely with the IT NEO Data Platform team to standardise ML workflows and leverage shared Python packages.
  • You transform raw operational data into structured, reusable insights aligned with Data Governance principles.
  • You explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches, such as multi-agent reinforcement learning, to drive optimisation.

What you bring

  • You have a strong interest in the energy sector and a deep understanding of electricity production challenges.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience industrialising machine learning products from concept to production.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French, enabling smooth collaboration in multilingual environments.
  • You are skilled in AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker) and Python for data science and ML.
  • You have experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyOD, and Darts, plus DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker).
  • Bonus points for expertise in time series anomaly detection, AI-assisted coding, RAG systems, and historians such as Aveva OSIsoft PI.
