As a Credit Risk Data Analyst, you play a vital role in safeguarding Luminus from financial exposure. You take ownership of the full credit risk process – from extracting and analyzing data to translating insights into action. Your expertise will sharpen credit decisions, improve portfolio steering, and keep bad debt under control, ensuring our Retail, B2B, and Affiliate units stay on track for success.

What you’ll do

• From start to finish, you take charge of the credit risk process, transforming raw data into strategies that drive impact.
• While monitoring performance, you maintain and enhance credit risk models, dashboards, and reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• You deliver precise credit risk figures to business systems like Salesforce, SAP, SAS, and eRAM, making sure processes run efficiently.
• Using predictive models, you improve credit scoring and default detection across multiple portfolios.
• You optimize and automate workflows, replacing manual tasks with scalable, data-driven solutions.
• In collaboration with IT, you configure, test, and validate credit system features, guaranteeing they meet operational and risk requirements.

What you bring

• You have a Master’s degree in economics, finance, or commercial engineering, plus at least 4 years of experience in financial risk analysis or modelling.
• You combine a sharp analytical mind with strong skills in tools like Power BI, SAS, Python, or SQL.
• You thrive on turning complex technical concepts into clear, actionable ideas.
• You bring a proactive mindset, challenging the status quo to improve processes.
• You are resilient under pressure and comfortable navigating large amounts of data.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English or French.

Dans cette mission temporaire comme Conseiller Clientèle B2B - Collections tu exécutes toutes les tâches de recouvrement de bout en bout, de manière qualitative et quantitative, selon les procédures et les délais.

Tu assures un bon suivi de tous les dossiers dont tu es responsable et tu communiques à ce sujet de manière proactive avec ton manager, tes collègues directs, les équipes de service et les ventes. Tu as une excellente connaissance de nos systèmes et des autres applications utilisées par le département. Tu contribues au maintien de l'intégrité des données et à la satisfaction des clients.

Votre travail quotidien

• Tu traites quotidiennement les tâches assignées par le système ou ton manager.
• Tu peux assumer toutes les tâches liées aux activités de recouvrement et de paiements de l'équipe, comme par exemple effectuer des appels de recouvrement, initier des procédures de coupure et traiter les paiements non automatiquement associés.
• Tu t'assures que les dossiers dont tu es responsable sont correctement et rapidement finalisés selon les procédures en vigueur.
• Tu anticipes les demandes et les activités urgentes résultant des besoins du département.
• Tu es en contact avec tes collègues, BtB Sales, Billing, Service, Credit et d'autres départements.
• Tu appelles les clients BtB pour t'assurer qu'ils paient à temps et correctement : tu négocies des plans de remboursement, fais des appels de recouvrement doux et des derniers appels avant coupure.
• Tu contribues à la résolution des problèmes et examines toutes les tâches et processus de manière critique afin de les améliorer autant que possible.

Votre profile

• Tu as un baccalauréat dans un domaine économique, ou une expérience équivalente.
• Tu as des connaissances en SAP ISU, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) et Salesforce.
• Tu as au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du recouvrement.
• Tu as des connaissances dans le secteur de l'énergie (ceci est un atout).
• Tu es bilingue. Tu peux t'exprimer en Néerlandais et en Français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Als Proces Operator werk je mee aan de productie van duurzame energie in onze centrale Ringvaart in Gent. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt bedienen van onze flexibele productie-eenheden en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van onze energie- en warmtedoelstellingen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je bedient en monitort de productie-installaties op de sites of via telebewaking.
• Je zorgt voor een maximale beschikbaarheid van de installaties voor elektriciteit en stadsverwarming.
• Je detecteert technische problemen en schakelt de onderhoudsdienst in voor interventies.
• Je rapporteert abnormale gebeurtenissen en analyseert de oorzaken.
• Je werkt in een volcontinu ploegsysteem en draagt bij aan de veiligheid tijdens onderhoudswerken.
• Je voert veiligheidsrondgangen en milieucontroles uit op de site.
