As a Hybrid Platform Architect, you define and lead the strategy for Luminus’ hybrid infrastructure — seamlessly connecting cloud and on-premises environments. You are the technical reference for hybrid architecture across Luminus and represent our interests within the EDF Group. What you’ll do

As a Cloud Azure Architect, you lead the design and implementation of Luminus’ Azure strategy. You ensure our cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft’s best practices, while enabling innovation and business continuity across the organization.

 

What you’ll do

  • You define and drive the Azure cloud strategy in alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you are a servant leader and coach who guides scrum teams toward high performance and self-organization. What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a scrum team so that you and your colleagues deliver high-quality applications, services, and stable operations.

The IT Supporting Services team drives the Supporting Services application development and maintenance (adhering to Agile principles and practices), ensuring operational excellence in the Supporting Services technology stack and driving its ongoing evolution.

The Supporting Services technology stack is the backbone for the processes of Finance & HR.

The SAP FICO Solution Designer (Technical) is the subject matter expert in SAP FICO with strong ABAP development skills. You are accountable for capturing and converting business requirements into a pragmatic solution design (MVP if required), translating them into technical specifications and configurations within SAP (ECC & S/4 HANA), and delivering high-quality solutions. You ensure feasibility, affordability, and long-term value.

 

Your daily job

  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure solution designs adhere to the overall solution architecture.
  • Support the Solution Architect and the Business Engagement Team during intake.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solution designs and ABAP developments, ensuring fit-for-purpose and value for money.
  • Deliver configuration, technical design, ABAP development, implementation and testing within agreed timeline and budget.

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you are a servant leader and agile coach for the OptiGen scrum teams. You work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to help teams become high-performing, self-organizing units that consistently meet their goals. You foster collaboration across teams, manage dependencies and lead key transformation projects across Program Increments, all while embracing SAFe principles and agile best practices.

 

At the same time, this role goes beyond the typical scope of an RTE: about 50% of your focus lies on product management and project-follow up, ensuring alignment between delivery goals, roadmap execution and business priorities.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Support the Domain Director Optimization & Generation as you lead medium-sized transformation programs from intake to delivery.
  • Co-manage the translation of the IT roadmap into actionable technology projects, ensuring you maintain alignment with delivery goals.
  • Help the teams stay focused on sprint and PI objectives as you remove blockers and drive progress.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld across scrum teams as you guide them through definitions of ready and done.

Information Security Officer

At Luminus, the ICT department is committed to optimizing energy consumption by concentrating on cybersecurity, data intelligence and network infrastructures. The primary goal is to develop more intelligent energy systems that assist both customers and colleagues in reducing CO2 emissions and enhancing energy efficiency. Are you interested in contributing to this objective?

As Information Security Officer, you will join the IT team and help Luminus to manage information security risks. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and other governance, risk and compliance activities such as IT vendor risk management, security control testing and organizing compliance assessments. Additionally, you will be involved in projects such as implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensuring compliance with the Network and Information Systems (NIS) directive.

 

What you’ll do

  • Leading the development, you also maintain the IT security policies, standards and controls.
  • You coordinate internal audits, support external audits and drive third-party risk assessments.
  • Conducting IT risk assessments; you manage GRC activities, including vendor risk management and compliance assessments.
  • Embedding security into every layer of the IT organization, you collaborate with IT Architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and cross-functional Agile Teams.
  • You align with the EDF Group Cyber Group Office on internal control frameworks and the Cyber Memorandum.
  • You contribute to key projects such as ISMS implementation and NIS compliance.

 

What you bring

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in exact sciences or equivalent experience and ideally certifications like CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, or ISO 27005.
  • You have 5 years of work experience.
  • You are a self-starter who works independently and delivers tangible results like policies and completed risk assessments.
  • You bring strong analytical skills, a helicopter view, and the ability to influence without authority.
  • You have deep experience in GRC, third-party risk management and ISO27001 implementation.
  • You’re skilled in writing policies, operating GRC tools and understanding IT infrastructure basics.
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Building smarter energy systems that help both our customers and colleagues reduce CO2 emissions and improve energy efficiency. Want to help reach that goal? As a Security Architect, you will work closely with enterprise, infrastructure and solution architects to influence key security decisions. You play a critical role in translating business needs into secure, scalable and well-documented architectural solutions.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • You design, document and maintain security architectures in line with Luminus’s policies and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS 2).
  • You analyze exisiting systems and architectures, identify vulnerabilities and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • You integrate security requirements into both Agile and Waterfall development environements.
  • You define and document reference architectures to enable reusable and scalable security components.
  • You select and apply appropriate security technologies, incuding IAM solutions, infrastrucuture protections and encryption tools.
  • You lead architecture governance processes and contribute to continious optimization.
  • You define and prioritize system restoration plans to ensure business continuity.

 

What you bring

  • You hold a master’s degree in a STEM field or bring equivalent hands-on experience.
  • You have at least four years of experience in IT architecture, with strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture.
  • You are proficient in documenting and communicating complex technical concepts (Visio, Confluence, BPMN, Jira)
  • You are skilled in infrastructure, OS, databases, authentication system and development languages.
  • You are confident and persuasive in defending security requirements in governance discussions.
  • Relevant certifications are a big plus.
  • You have working knowledge of architecture methodologies such as ISSAP, SABSA, TOGAF or CISSP.
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
