Skills & Knowledge

• The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Software, etc.) or has gained equivalent workexperience
• 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas of which 5 in NW/NWSEC
• Preferably able to prove an active experience in the following areas:
• MPLS technology (IGP/LDP/MP-BGP, L2VPN, L3VPN)

As the right hand of the IT Management Committee (ITMC), the Management Assistant is responsible for independently & proactively performing a number of substantive and administrative tasks. 

Your Daily Job

• You are responsible for coordinating management meetings, handling documentation, recording minutes, and reporting.

Your daily job

Meeting PI Objectives

• You take ownership to ensure the scrum team’s progress towards team goals. You help the team focus on daily and Sprint Goals in the context of current Program Increment (PI) Objectives, making sure the team can deliver its backlog. (Note: this might include safe guarding specific project milestones that fall within PI)
• You drive the team delivery by proactively resolving any blockers, ensuring the team stays focused on achieving the Sprint objectives.
• You guard the quality of delivery – He/She ensures that the Scrum team consistently adheres and meets quality standards (Definition of Done - DoD) before software is shipped to production and guarantees that increments are of the highest quality and aligned with business and technical requirements. Additionally, the Scrum Master supports teams in embedding continuous testing, integration, and validation to uphold delivery excellence across the Agile
• Release Train (ART).

Managing scrum team collaboration within a bigger Release Train environment

• You help prepare the PI planning and breakouts in collaboration with the PO and the program team
• You protect and communicate –You help protect the team from uncontrolled expansion of work and communicates with management and outside stakeholders on this. In particular, for any additional or unexpected work not planned upfront, the scrum master requests the PO for feature/us creation and re-prioritization
• You facilitate inter-team collaboration at the release train level and represents the team in the Scrum of Scrums (or similar cross-team forums).

In the first phase, your responsibility as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) First Line Agent is to handle identity operations, ensuring the correct access is granted to employees, external staff, suppliers, and partners. You will perform both manual and automated fulfillment. Automated tasks will be completed using a platform, while manual fulfillment will require a strong understanding of the Luminus application landscape and the various roles within each application.In the second phase, you will also manage operations related to granting privileged access to system administrators using a dedicated platform (the project is ongoing).

Your daily job

IT Service Management integration :

• IAM User Support: You provide first-line support for identity and access management issues, including password resets, account unlocks, and access requests.
• Service request fulfillement: You process access requests and ensure appropriate permissions are granted in accordance with company policies.
• Incident Management: You assist in the identification, investigation, and resolution of IAM-related incidents.
• Documentation: You maintain and update documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.

• Testing : You perform tests when onboarding new applications on the IAM platform.

Attention point : On demand, you are available outside normal business hours to fix urgent access service request such access revocation in case of detected security threats. 

Privileged Acces Management support (PAM) : you aim at granting the right accesses to the system administrator (internal and external staff) by using a dedicated platform.

Delivery & release train build activities:

• You are accountable for estimating the effort and time required for solution design, configuration, implementation and unit/integration testing
• You are accountable & responsible for creating, documenting & communicating the solution design
• You are responsible to ensure the solution design adheres to the solution principles, IT & security policies and standards, guidelines and best practices
