You will be an integral part of the B2B Performance Team, driving performance across the entire B2B Business Unit, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations. You will support the Performance Manager by conducting strategic and operational business analyses, translating findings into actionable recommendations, and assisting in the execution of the annual strategic five-year plan and profitability exercises. Your role will also involve managing internal volume controls and monitoring electricity/gas consumption throughout customer contracts to ensure stability and profitability. 

 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • You take charge of PMO Volume Deviation & Solar Case Detection, making sure energy volume deviations and solar cases are spotted, analyzed and resolved. You coordinate actions across stakeholders, monitor data closely, manage risks, drive case progression and deliver clear reports for leadership and STEERCO meetings.  

  • You play a key role as a Performance Business Partner by shaping strategic planning, delivering impactful insights for sales and marketing and driving profitability and P&L analysis. You pinpoint profit and cost drivers, recommend actions to optimize results and ensure strategy stays aligned with financial goals while actively engaging stakeholders. 

  • You lead Market & Portfolio Analysis by turning complex data into actionable insights that fuel B2B sales and marketing strategies. You evaluate product performance against market trends and competitor activity and create benchmarks that steer commercial decisions in the right direction. 

  • You strengthen Data Governance by setting and enforcing high standards for data quality, consistency, and compliance. You document and centralize key topics, foster collaboration, raise data awareness and push for continuous improvement in data processes. 

 

What you bring

 

  • You have a Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience or training.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial, analytical or financial role.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, accuracy, proactivity, a hands-on approach and a result-driven mindset.
  • You have excellent listening skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • You are able to interact regularly and build strong relationships with stakeholders (departments such as B2B sales and marketing, pricing, legal, optimization, finance, etc.).
  • You have strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French & English.
  • You have strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of BI systems (Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, SAP BW, SAP BO, etc.) is an asset.
