As a Senior Market Data Modelling Analyst, you are the go-to expert for market price data and price curves at Luminus. You design and maintain advanced data solutions that support trading, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. With your strong financial mindset, market knowledge, and analytical skills, you deliver insights that fuel our growth and accelerate the energy transition.

What you’ll do

You analyse market trends, prices, and regulations to identify opportunities and risks.
You develop and optimise forward curve models, as well as volatility and correlation calculations.
As Data Steward, you ensure market data quality and correct interpretation across the company.
While working closely with traders, analysts, data scientists and engineers, you enhance forecasting models and improve market understanding.
You build dashboards and tools that support trading, strategy and risk management.
You manage relationships with data providers and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
You communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across the business and affiliates, translating complex data into actionable insights.

What you bring

You have a strong financial background (experience in banking or energy markets is a major plus).
You understand energy markets and curve modelling techniques deeply.
You are proficiant in Python and Power BI; experience with SAS is a plus.
You combine analytical thinking with a keen eye for data quality and accuracy.
You communicate complex topics clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences.
You are organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
You take ownership, act with integrity, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You are fluent in English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a big plus.
