As a Learning & Development Officer with a focus on technology and innovation, you drive the digital transformation of learning across the organization. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful learning experiences powered by data and technology.
What you’ll do
- You lead end-to-end learning projects, designing digital solutions that align with business goals.
- You manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth rollouts and stakeholder engagement.
- You evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- You stay ahead of trends in learning technology and AI, building networks with industry experts and vendors.
- You ensure accurate reporting and data quality to support internal decision-making.
- You foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
What you bring
- You have 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on digital tools and technology.
- You’re experienced with LMS platforms — SuccessFactors Learning or similar is a plus.
- You’re passionate about both traditional and digital learning methods.
- You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and thrive in dynamic environments.
- You’re skilled at building authentic relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- You bring strong communication skills and experience in change management and digital adoption.
