Votre quotidien

 

  • Vous facilitez l’intégration des nouveaux projets dans le parc de production tout en pilotant des projets d’optimisation afin d’améliorer les installations existantes et de mettre en œuvre des solutions concrètes.
  • Vous coordonnez des équipes techniques lors d’interventions de maintenance complexes, en garantissant leur efficacité.
  • Vous êtes l’interface technique des Responsables Locaux d’Exploitation, assurant un lien fluide entre le terrain et les expertises centrales.
  • Vous introduisez des technologies de pointe (IA, IoT, capteurs intelligents…) pour anticiper les défauts et renforcer la surveillance.
  • Vous analysez les performances et les incidents, proposez des améliorations concrètes, et partagez votre savoir via des formations internes.

 

 

 

 

Votre profile

 

  • Vous êtes ingénieur civil ou industriel électromécanique avec une curiosité technique naturelle et idéalement une première expérience en exploitation d’unités de production.
  • Vous maîtrisez plusieurs domaines techniques : mécanique, électricité, I&C, et vous êtes à l’aise avec les langages de programmation.
  • Vous développez des algorithmes d’IA/ML et vous utilisez Python (ou équivalent) pour modéliser des solutions intelligentes.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, restez serein sous pression, vous intégrez la sécurité comme priorité, et vous contribuez activement à l’esprit d’équipe.

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you are a servant leader and agile coach for the OptiGen scrum teams. You work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to help teams become high-performing, self-organizing units that consistently meet their goals. You foster collaboration across teams, manage dependencies and lead key transformation projects across Program Increments, all while embracing SAFe principles and agile best practices.

 

At the same time, this role goes beyond the typical scope of an RTE: about 50% of your focus lies on product management and project-follow up, ensuring alignment between delivery goals, roadmap execution and business priorities.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Support the Domain Director Optimization & Generation as you lead medium-sized transformation programs from intake to delivery.
  • Co-manage the translation of the IT roadmap into actionable technology projects, ensuring you maintain alignment with delivery goals.
  • Help the teams stay focused on sprint and PI objectives as you remove blockers and drive progress.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld across scrum teams as you guide them through definitions of ready and done.
  • Coordinate dependencies and releases across teams and ARTs while you structure project follow-up in Jira.
  • Represent the release train in the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence as you foster collaboration and agile maturity.

  • You have solid experience in Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe, and a strong background in project/program management.

  • Experience with Terraform, Python and Pysprak is essential. SQL is nice to have.

  • You follow agile principles and apply best practices like clean code, CI/CD and peer reviews.

Als OT Cybersecurity Officer ontwikkel je geavanceerde detectiemodellen en analytics om cyberdreigingen in OT/ICS-omgevingen (zoals SCADA, DCS, PLC en IIoT) te identificeren, te voorkomen en te bestrijden. Je combineert data science, asset management en AI om de beveiliging van kritieke industriële infrastructuur te versterken.

 

 

Wat ga je doen?

 

  • In deze rol implementeer je OT asset management-oplossingen zodat je volledige zicht hebt op inventarisatie en kwetsbaarheden.
  • Met jouw expertise bouw je datastromen die OT-logs, assetdata en kwetsbaarheden verzamelen, in verband brengen en verrijken.
  • Dankzij jouw inzichten creëer je dashboards die inventaris, risiconiveaus en compliance met IEC62443/NIS2-CyFun opvolgen.
  • Door industriële protocollen te analyseren (zoals Modbus, IEC61850, OPC-UA, Profinet, …) detecteer je afwijkend gedrag.
  • Samen met SOC OT-, netwerk- en IT-securityteams integreer je jouw modellen in monitoringtools.

We seek highly motivated interns to help support the finance department in its digital journey.You will work on RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and other data initiatives supporting our goal to become a data driven company. Therefore, the intern will have also the opportunity to interact with stakeholders within the whole finance department (controlling, accounting, risk, …).  

In this long journey, you will work on similar projects as the ones posted hereafter (not exhaustive list): Automate data transformation and consolidation with tools such as Power Query or Python, Leverage Power Automate Desktop to automate financial processes, Develop Dashboards and report in tools such as Qlik Sense, Ensure data consistency, … .

As a BESS Performance Engineer, you are the driving force behind the performance monitoring and optimization of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Embedded in the Renewables Data & Performance team within Asset Management, you ensure our battery assets meet technical and contractual expectations—fueling our mission to deliver reliable, clean energy.

 

What You'll do
  • You monitor and analyze BESS performance using second-level SCADA data.
  • You track key indicators like SoC, SoH, cycle count, DoD, and charge/discharge patterns.
  • You identify performance deviations and investigate root causes of underperformance.
  • You support data ingestion from OT systems and validate integration into internal platforms.
  • You build tools and dashboards to automate performance tracking and compliance reporting.
  • You translate technical insights into clear, actionable reports for asset managers and stakeholders.

En tant que Renewable Project Developer, vous êtes le moteur du développement de nouveaux projets solaires (y compris agri-PV) et de batteries chez Luminus. Vous pilotez chaque étape du processus, de la prospection à la mise en œuvre, en assurant une coordination fluide avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

 

 

Qu'allez-vous faire ?

 

  • Des opportunités pour étendre le parc renouvelable de Luminus seront identifiées par vous, sur base d’études de faisabilité.
  • Des contrats avec les parties prenantes seront négociés et conclus par vous.
  • Un portefeuille de projets variés, de l’exploration à la mise en service, sera géré par vous.
  • Le développement technique, y compris la connexion au réseau, sera supervisé par vous en collaboration avec des experts internes et externes.
  • Les demandes de permis et les autorisations nécessaires seront coordonnées et obtenues par vous, en lien avec les architectes, bureaux d’études et autorités locales.
  • Une collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes (HSE, juridique, achats, optimisation, affaires générales) sera assurée par vous pour garantir l’avancement optimal des projets.

Within Luminus, our Optimisation department is responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s energy assets—such as renewable generation and storage—by leveraging data and market insights to drive efficient, sustainable operations. The department plays a key role in supporting the transition to clean energy by optimizing production and trading strategies that reduce CO₂ emissions and promote the use of green energy.

 

 

As a Business Analyst for Optimisation, you play a key role in shaping the digital evolution of our energy trading and optimisation landscape. You connect business ambition with IT capabilities, ensuring that every transformation delivers measurable value and drives strategic growth.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Analyse the current optimisation processes and systems, capture the impact of upcoming regulatory changes (e.g. Elia), and translate this into clear requirements.
  • Act as the bridge between business (traders, risk, generation) and IT, ensuring business needs are currectly understoord and delivered.
  • Coordinate reporting demands within the optimisation team: gather needs, define priorities and align with BI colleagues.
  • Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, providing structure, transparency and clear impact analysis. 
  • Drive workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, build busienss cases and ensure aligment.
  • Safegaurd solution quality and user acceptance from intitial analysis through testing and implementation.
  • Support change management: communicate clearly, train business users and facilitate adoption so changes bring real value.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • You hold a Master’s degree in a quantitative field like Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
  • You understand financial instruments (forwards, swaps, options) and have strong affinity with the energy (trading) sector.
  • Experience with ETRM portfolio modelling is a plus. 
  • You’re experienced with Agile delivery (Scrum, JIRA, Confluence) and business process modelling.
  • You bring analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience in data analysis considered a plus.
  • You take ownership, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and keep askign the right questions until things are clear.
