En tant que Brigadier d’exploitation, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la performance technique en électricité et en instrumentation , la sécurité et le respect de l’environnement sur les sites de la centrale d’Angleur et de Seraing. Vous intégrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire pilotée par le responsable d’exploitation, où chaque intervention compte.

Votre quotidien en tant que Brigadier

• Vous assurez le suivi des problématiques techniques E&I ayant un impact sur la performance.

• Vous prenez en charge le dépannage de premier niveau ainsi que les essais en centrale.

• Vous réalisez des activités pluridisciplinaires liées aux tâches d’exploitation et de maintenance de premier niveau sur les équipements.

• Vous effectuez la mise en sécurité des installations et les mises en service, y compris en haute tension.

• Vous gérez l’intervention des équipes internes ou externes sur le site : planification, ouverture de chantier et autorisations de travail, vérification des permis et certificats, gestion des pièces de rechange, suivi de l’exécution et essais de remise en service.

• Vous contribuez activement à la sécurité des travailleurs internes et externes lors de l’exécution des travaux : analyse des risques, information aux intervenants, mise en sécurité, gestion des co-activités, autorisations et permis de travail, maintien de l’ordre et de la propreté, ainsi que le repli de chantier.

• Vous fournissez un retour d’information pertinent à votre responsable et dans les outils informatiques dédiés (rapports, enregistrements, suivi).

• Vous garantissez la qualité des boucles d’apprentissage techniques (reporting, RCA, pièces de rechange, processus).

• Vous participez à la définition des besoins d’amélioration des installations et équipements.

• Vous appuyez le responsable d’exploitation et le remplacez si nécessaire.

• En fonction de votre expérience et des besoins, vous pourriez intégrer un rôle de garde technique.

 Votre profil

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en automation ou électricité.
• Vous avez une expérience dans l’industrie, en production ou maintenance.
• Vous maîtrisez le français à l’oral comme à l’écrit ; l’anglais est un plus.
• Vous avez des compétences en maintenance et programmation d’automates.
• Vous apprenez rapidement et maîtrisez le process de la centrale d’Angleur.
• Vous êtes prêt à assurer un rôle de garde technique selon les besoins.

Als OT Cybersecurity Officer ontwikkel je geavanceerde detectiemodellen en analytics om cyberdreigingen in OT/ICS-omgevingen (zoals SCADA, DCS, PLC en IIoT) te identificeren, te voorkomen en te bestrijden. Je combineert data science, asset management en AI om de beveiliging van kritieke industriële infrastructuur te versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

• In deze rol implementeer je OT asset management-oplossingen zodat je volledige zicht hebt op inventarisatie en kwetsbaarheden.
• Met jouw expertise bouw je datastromen die OT-logs, assetdata en kwetsbaarheden verzamelen, in verband brengen en verrijken.
• Dankzij jouw inzichten creëer je dashboards die inventaris, risiconiveaus en compliance met IEC62443/NIS2-CyFun opvolgen.
• Door industriële protocollen te analyseren (zoals Modbus, IEC61850, OPC-UA, Profinet, …) detecteer je afwijkend gedrag.
• Samen met SOC OT-, netwerk- en IT-securityteams integreer je jouw modellen in monitoringtools.
• Tijdens threat hunting en red team simulaties draag je actief bij aan het versterken van OT-beveiliging.

Wat breng je mee?

• Je hebt een bachelordiploma in elektronica-ict of gelijkwaardig in cybersecurity, data science of een verwant ingenieursdomein.
• Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in OT cybersecurity, data science of industrieel asset management.
• Je hebt praktijkervaring met OT asset- en kwetsbaarheidsbeheeroplossingen.
• Je beschikt over sterke kennis van OT/ICS-omgevingen en industriële protocollen.
• Je bent vertrouwd met SIEM/SOC-technologieën en methodes voor anomaliedetectie.
• Je beheerst Python voor data science (pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow, PyOD) en hebt ervaring met tijdreeksanalyse en datavisualisatie.

What you’ll do

• In your daily work, you use maps, databases, and field visits to actively search for new renewable energy sites.
• When assessing site feasibility, you gather and analyze land data, zoning plans, and regulatory constraints.
• By staying ahead of legislative changes, you ensure you engage with key authorities to unlock new opportunities.
• During site selection, you work closely with developers, biodiversity specialists, and grid connection teams to identify the best locations.
• As you present and defend site proposals, you support the team in obtaining all necessary approvals and authorizations.
• Through your proactive and entrepreneurial approach, you promote sustainable energy solutions in this fast-evolving industry.

What you bring

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s in geography, spatial planning, environmental sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French. Why? You must be able to communicate in the developer’s language when collaborating on projects in both Flanders and Wallonia.
• You have 3–5 years’ experience in land analysis, renewables, or a similar sector.
• You’re skilled in data analysis, GIS software, and land use interpretation.
• You are proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for renewable energy.
• You think creatively, embrace challenges, and always put the customer first.
