As a Data Strategist, you’re the driving force behind our data-driven transformation, bridging the gap between our business teams and data experts. You spot opportunities where data can create real value, translate business needs into actionable insights and steer strategic decisions that make real impact.

What you’ll do

• Fuelling strategic decisions, you translate business needs into data-driven opportunities.
• You connect teams across sales, marketing, customer care, billing and new services with data and IT experts.
• Helping prioritize what matters most, you identify high-value use cases and structure complex questions.
• Ensuring solutions are adopted and embedded, you guide projects from discovery to delivery.
• You challenge the status quo with fresh ideas, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to boost performance.
• Bring clarity to complexity, you make data accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.

What you bring

• You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• You have a solid background in analytical roles like data analysis, data science, or process analysis.
• You’re passionate about data, digital innovation, and improving business processes.
• You’re a strong communicator who can manage stakeholders and drive alignment.
• You’re autonomous, persuasive, flexible, and thrive under pressure.
• You’re fluent in English and have at least a basic knowledge of Dutch or French.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Qlik, SAS and/or Python is a plus.
