As a Lead Service Designer,
you’ll drive the vision, strategy and execution of user-centered design across Luminus’ digital channels.
Leading a multidisciplinary team of service, UX, and UI designers, you’ll ensure seamless, engaging, and impactful digital experiences.
With expertise in service design, UX, UI and user research, you’ll advocate for design excellence, align business goals with user needs and collaborate with stakeholders to bring our digital roadmap to life.

Your Daily Job
- You manage, coach and empower a team of service, UX and UI designers, fostering collaboration and growth.
- You define and implement a cohesive design vision that aligns with business goals, user needs and digital best practices.
- You partner with stakeholders, facilitate design workshops and ensure seamless integration of design into development.
- You advocate for research and testing, making sure digital products are intuitive, accessible and user-friendly.
- You refine design systems, tools and workflows to boost efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
- You track design trends and emerging technologies, fostering innovation within the team.
Your Profile
- You have a Master’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or show us you have built up experience equal to this degree.
- You bring 7+ years of experience in service design, UX/UI and content strategy in a digital environment.
- You have a proven track record in leading design teams and facilitating workshops.
- You are proficient in Figma, Miro and design systems within agile workflows.
- You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
