Missie:

 

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbouwen van een partnerportefeuille in de regio Oost-Vlaanderen en Vlaams-Brabant. Je werkt nauw samen met immobiliënmakelaars en bouwpromotoren die Luminus energiecontracten aanbieden aan hun klanten die verhuizen of bouwen (B2B2C). Je streeft naar optimale dienstverlening en het versterken van bestaande samenwerkingen, terwijl je actief nieuwe partners prospecteert en je netwerk uitbreidt.

 

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Partnerbeheer: Onderhouden en optimaliseren van de samenwerking met bestaande partners, inclusief regelmatige bezoeken en ondersteuning.
  • Portefeuilleuitbreiding: Actieve prospectie en acquisitie van nieuwe partners, met focus op het vergroten van je klantenbestand.
  • Netwerken: Actieve deelname aan netwerkevenementen om nieuwe contacten te leggen en bestaande relaties te versterken.
  • Marktkennis: Op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen binnen de energiemarkt en deze kennis toepassen in je werkzaamheden.
  • Salesplan: Ontwikkelen van een salesplan voor nieuwe en bestaande partners en dit bespreken met de salesmanager. 

Vereisten:

  • Commerciële achtergrond: Gedegen commerciële ervaring en ervaring in partnermanagement.
  • Relatiebeheer: Sterk in het opbouwen en onderhouden van lange termijn relaties met partners; betrouwbaarheid is essentieel.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in B2B partner sales/accountmanagement.
  • Digitale affiniteit: Ervaring met en affiniteit voor digitale platformen.
  • Sectorspecifieke ervaring: Bij voorkeur ervaring in de energie-, bouw- of immobiliënsector.
  • Affiniteit met vastgoed: Sterke affiniteit met de vastgoedsector, en in staat om effectief te communiceren met partners zoals immobiliënmakelaars, bouwpromotoren en rentmeesters.

Exigences :

  • Expérience commerciale : Expérience commerciale solide et expérience en gestion de partenaires.
  • Gestion des relations : Capacité à établir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les partenaires; la fiabilité est essentielle.
  • Expérience : Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente B2B/gestion de comptes.
  • Affinité numérique : Expérience et affinité avec les plateformes numériques.
  • Expérience sectorielle : De préférence, expérience dans les secteurs de l'énergie, de la construction ou de l'immobilier.
  • Affinité avec l'immobilier : Forte affinité avec le secteur immobilier et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des partenaires tels que des agents immobiliers, des promoteurs immobiliers et des régisseurs.

As SHEQ Engineer (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) you will support the Wind Asset Management team by ensuring safety, environmental and quality compliance. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence across Luminus' wind energy assets.

 

 

Your Daily Job

 

  • You ensure compliance with Belgian and EU safety regulations for wind energy operations, conducting risk assessments, site inspections and audits.
  • You drive safety improvements, developing and enforcing protocols for employees, contractors, and subcontractors while investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions.
  • You oversee environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to permits, supporting biodiversity initiatives and managing mitigation measures.

Sustainability Project Leader

CSR

Luminus is one of the key players in the Belgian energy sector, recognized for its strong commitment to sustainability and excellence in ESG performance. With an impressive EcoVadis score of 79/100 (Platinum medal) and multiple awards and nominations for its CSR reports in 2019, 2021 and most recent, Luminus demonstrates a consistent dedication to responsible business practices.

However, the introduction of the CSRD directive requires Luminus to further formalize its CSR-related policies, with explicit targets, detailed action plans and auditable metrics. Additionally, the governance and organizational structure for sustainability must evolve to align with ESRS standards, particularly ESRS 2, enabling stronger collaboration across Strategy, Risks, HSE, HR and operational departments.

To meet these challenges, we are seeking a Sustainability Project Leader.You will take on the overall responsibility for the CSRD action plan, as well as oversee existing initiatives tied to key sustainability ratings (such as EcoVadis, Voka, and Unitar). You report directly to the Head of Sustainability and you will also collaborate closely with EDF Group experts on topics such as biodiversity, carbon footprint management, climate change adaptation, and circular economy practices.
