We seek a results-driven Content Strategy and Performance Manager to lead digital performance initiatives.
You are the ideal candidate if you have a deep understanding of digital platforms, user behavior and analytics. Your strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills will set you apart. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of digital experts and collaborate with Marketing & Digital colleagues to deliver a content strategy roadmap that boosts audience engagement using customer experience insights and best practices.
Your Daily Job
- You set and monitor KPIs to optimize content, traffic and conversions while driving product and go-to-market improvements.
- You design and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define priorities.
- You oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across digital channels, ensuring consistency, SEO optimization and brand alignment.
- You optimize content using analytics, customer insights and A/B testing, experimenting with new formats to enhance engagement.
- You lead a team of content creators and specialists, fostering collaboration across departments to support business strategies.
- You align with customer-focused stakeholders to understand audience needs and enhance user engagement.
- You deliver insights and continuously improve results, ensuring all initiatives drive measurable success.
Your Profile
- You have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy or content marketing, ideally in a similar-sized company.
- You have a proven track record of managing content campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- You’re proficient in headless CMS platforms (knowledge of Sanity is a plus), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools (e.g., AHREFS, SEMrush).
- You have a strong foundation in (on-page) SEO and familiarity with technical SEO is a plus.
- You’re comfortable working with tools like Jira, Miro, Agile, Scrum or SaFE.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and English.
- You’re a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You excel in project and team management, coaching and driving change.
- You’re proactive, analytical and thrive on collaboration, with the ability to interpret data and make purposeful decisions.
