What you bring

 

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technology or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing Agile teams and 3 years in a digital role (Product Owner, Solution Designer, Technical Analyst…).
  • You understand digital domains like SEO, SEA, UX/UI design, and service design.
  • You’re familiar with tools and frameworks like Jira, Miro, Agile, Scrum and SAFe.
  • You’re fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
  • You bring strong coaching skills, a helicopter view and a proactive, decision-making mindset.

Luminus, membre du groupe Français EDF, vous offre un rôle de chargé(e) de travaux de maintenance électrique au sein de nos équipes Operations & Maintenance National Sud.

En rejoignant nos équipes, vous participerez à la maintenance de 6 centrales hydro-électriques installés le long de la Meuse, de 2 centrales de production électriques en cycles ouverts situées à Angleur et Seraing et vous épaulerez nos équipes travaillant dans la nouvelle centrale TGV de Seraing actuellement en construction.

L’appartenance au groupe EDF nous permet également de jouir de l’expertise de nos collègues répartis dans le monde et de retours d’expérience.

 

Votre quotidien

Votre tâche principale consiste à supporter les équipes de maintenance avant et pendant la réalisation des travaux:

 

Avant le début des travaux

  • Vous préparez le dossier technique afin de permettre l’intervention des équipes de maintenance ou équipes locales
  • Vous  réalisez les demandes de prix chez les fournisseurs (matériel et service)
  • Vous  réalisez les visites de sites avec les fournisseurs
  • Vous rédigez les analyses de risques
  • Vous rédigez les commandes de fournitures et services (dans SAP)
  • Vous réalisez la préparation et le suivi des plans de maintenance
  • Vous planifiez l’intervention des sous-traitants en fonction des besoins et ressources

Pendant la réalisation des travaux

  • Vous  préparez les demandes de consignes
  • Vous participez à l’ouverture de chantier
  • Vous accompagnez les équipes de maintenance durant la phase de travaux
  • Vous suivez les commandes et vous assurez de leur livraison ou de leur présence suivant le planning défini

 

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez au minimum d’un diplôme A2 en éléctrique / électronique ou vous pouvez démontrer une expérience équivalente

  • Vous maitrisez les outils de la suite office et êtes autonome
  • Vous avez un esprit d’équipe fort en cherchant collectivement le meilleur résultat.
  • Vous veillez à ce que la sécurité des personnes et des équipements  soient assurées.
  • Vous avez une connaissance technique de l’anglais (compréhension orale et écrite, expression orale et écrite, lecture de notices d’instruction et de plans)
  • Une expérience préliminaire de  minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine électrique en industrie est un plus

As Information Security Officer, you will join the IT team and help Luminus to manage information security risks. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and other governance, risk and compliance activities such as IT vendor risk management, security control testing and organizing compliance assessments. Additionally, you will be involved in projects such as implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensuring compliance with the Network and Information Systems (NIS) directive.

The Optimization department at Luminus focuses on enhancing the company's market position and operational efficiency through strategic planning, risk management, and effective market activities. By integrating market insights with advanced analytical tools, the team supports investment decisions, optimizes asset portfolios and manages detailed contractual agreements. 

As Offshore PPA Manager, you are responsible for managing the offtake of offshore wind energy within the Princess Elisabeth Zone. You will lead complex contract structuring and negotiation efforts, align with offshore tender rules, and balance long-term commercial risks and opportunities. Your work will be central to how Luminus commercializes offshore wind energy and supports Belgium's climate goals.

 

What you'll do

 

  • You will shape and implement offtake strategies for offshore wind projects, ensuring they align with Belgian offshore wind tender requirements and evolving market conditions.
  • You keep these strategies agile and responsive by closely following regulatory developments, partner needs, and market dynamics.
  • You work on creating and fine-tuning models for PPAs and CPPAs that reflect sound pricing logic, strategic value, and commercial requirements.

  • You are familiar with the Belgian offshore wind sector or eager to quickly immerse yourself in it.

What you’ll do 

  • You design, document and maintain security architectures in line with Luminus’s policies and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS 2).
  • You analyze exisiting systems and architectures, identify vulnerabilities and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • You integrate security requirements into both Agile and Waterfall development environements.
  • You define and document reference architectures to enable reusable and scalable security components.
  • You select and apply appropriate security technologies, incuding IAM solutions, infrastrucuture protections and encryption tools.
  • You lead architecture governance processes and contribute to continious optimization.
  • You define and prioritize system restoration plans to ensure business continuity.

 

 

What you bring 

  • You hold a master’s degree in a STEM field or bring equivalent hands-on experience.
  • You have at least four years of experience in IT architecture, with strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture.
  • You are proficient in documenting and communicating complex technical concepts (Visio, Confluence, BPMN, Jira)
  • You are skilled in infrastructure, OS, databases, authentication system and development languages.
  • You are confident and persuasive in defending security requirements in governance discussions.
  • Relevant certifications are a big plus.

As a Security Operations Analyst, you'll be instrumental in this mission.

As a Security Operations Analyst, you’ll take the lead in detecting, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats. You'll manage security vulnerabilities using tools like Tenable, support simulation-based awareness campaigns, and refine incident response processes. Your work will not only protect our infrastructure—it will strengthen our broader security culture and ensure that colleagues and external stakeholders alike can rely on a safe IT environment.

  

What you'll do

 

  • You will monitor and respond to security events, alerts and incidents. 
  • With Tenable, RAPID7 or Qualys, you’ll perform vulnerability assessments, interpret findings, and coordinate with external IT teams for remediation.
  • Phishing simulations, awareness platforms, video trainings—you’ll ensure they are rolled out effectively and that employees engage with them.
  • Enhancing endpoint protection, securing privileged access, and applying secure coding practices will be part of your daily toolkit.

  • You have over 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC, SIEM and vulnerability management. 
  • You are familiar with security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST and OWASP. 
  • Certifications like GCED or GCIH? Preferred, and a strong asset if you have them.
  • With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you act decisively when security issues arise.
  • You have excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external teams.

Within Luminus, our Optimisation department is responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s energy assets—such as renewable generation and storage—by leveraging data and market insights to drive efficient, sustainable operations. The deparments plays a key role in supporting the transition to clean energy by optimizing production and trading strategies that reduce CO₂ emissions and promote the use of green energy.

 

 

As a Market Design Analyst, you navigate the complexities of the energy market and shape its future. You are responsible for monitoring market design and regulatory frameworks, supporting Luminus in adapting to a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

 

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • You follow market design evolutions and regulatory frameworks, focusing on European market integration, ancillary services, balancing mechanisms, offshore integration, CRM and CCMD.
  • Evaluating their impact on Luminus, you analyse regulatory changes and contracts with the TSO/DSO.
  • You participate in TSO/DSO workshops, preparing proposals, responses and positions in collaboration with Corporate Affairs and other teams.
  • You organize and lead transversal working groups to discuss TSO/DSO market design and Capacity Remuneration Mechanisms.
  • Assisting teams in executing changes at both contractual and operational levels, you ensure smooth transitions.
  • You maintain a strategic overview, advising management on technical directions, staying updated on customer needs and emerging technologies, and recommending product use cases or pilot projects.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the energy sector.
  • You possess a keen interest in gas markets, electricity markets and support mechanisms.
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

As a Senior Azure Cloud Architect, you’ll take the lead in defining a future-proof Azure strategy, designing, optimizing and securing our Azure environment. By empowering application teams and driving innovation, you’ll play a key role in shaping Luminus’ cloud journey. 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • You will shape the Azure cloud infrastructure roadmap, ensuring security, scalability and efficiency. 
  • You will design modern, cost-effective solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to meet evolving business needs. 
  • You will ensure best practices in FinOps, business continuity, security and compliance. 
  • You will provide expert guidance on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native architecture. 
  • You will work closely with delivery teams, enterprise architects and leadership to align cloud initiatives.
  • You will continuously assess new Azure capabilities and recommend enhancements.

 

What You Bring 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. 
  • You hold an Azure Cloud Certification, such as Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator or Azure Developer. 
  • You have 5-7+ years of experience as an Azure Solutions Architect, ideally with DevOps or .NET application expertise. 
  • You possess strong expertise in CI/CD tooling, Infrastructure as Code, and modern cloud practices. 
  • Experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms is a bonus.
  • You have excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders. 
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
