The traineeship in a nutshell

A 2-year trainee programme starting in September 2026, with 3 completely different 8-month assignments in different departments/teams, allowing you to learn and grow.

Your traineeship will take shape as we align our business challenges with your skills, interests, competencies, and knowledge. Flexibility is key!

Dive into challenges, develop essential skills and build an invaluable network within & outside Luminus.

After two years, you will choose a job that energises you and matches your developed expertise, interests and values.
