En tant que Secrétaire Technique au sein du service d’exploitation, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'administration technique des centrales électriques thermiques à cycles ouverts et hydros. Vous ferez partie d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire gérée par le responsable d’exploitation, où votre contribution sera cruciale pour assurer l'efficacité et la gestion des tâches administratives.

 

 

Qu'allez-vous faire ?

 

 

  • Vous exécutez diverses tâches de secrétariat, telles que le tri du courrier interne/externe, la préparation des notes de service et des dossiers, l'organisation d'événements et des courses ponctuelles.
  • Vous gérez la disponibilité des parkings VE et autres.
  • Vous gérez les accès, y compris les clés, badges et autres identifiants.
  • Vous accueillez les contractants et fournisseurs externes en utilisant Onyx One.
  • Vous mettez à jour les fichiers de roulements, les vêtements de travail et les documents BA4/5.
  • Vous gérez la mise à jour des bases de données informatiques du service.

 

 

Qu'apportez-vous ?

 

  • Vous avez un bachelier (ou une expérience équivalente) dans une orientation de secrétariat, de préférence dans un domaine technique.
  • Vous avez une excellente connaissance du français (parlé et écrit) et de bonnes connaissances de l’anglais.
  • Vous avez quelques années d’expérience dans un métier de secrétaire avec des connaissances techniques.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils Teams et SharePoint et Office
  • Vous êtes autonome et flexible et vous avez une excellente capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Vous êtes méthodique et respectez les délais.
  • Vous possédez un permis B.

Optimisation

Drive the offshore energy future – connecting wind power with smart contracts.

As Offshore PPA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing large-scale offshore wind projects to market. In this position, you design and manage strategies for the offtake of offshore wind power, translate complex market and risk dynamics into robust Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Corporate PPAs (CPPAs), and ensure these contracts integrate seamlessly into our broader optimisation strategy.

 

What you’ll do

  • You develop and maintain offtake strategies for offshore wind projects, taking into account market trends, tender rules and the right risk–reward balance.
  • Building clear and strategic PPA and CPPA models will be part of your daily work, combining commercial logic with long-term value creation.
  • In negotiations with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and industrial customers, you lead the way to secure balanced, long-term agreements.
  • You make sure contracts are implemented effectively, and you follow up on performance and compliance in detail.
  • Analysing price risks, balancing costs and cannibalisation effects will allow you to design resilient pricing strategies.
  • By working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure SPV PPA structures are aligned with CPPA opportunities to create a sustainable energy value chain.

 

What you bring

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics or a similar discipline.
  • With at least 3 years in the energy sector, you have in-depth knowledge of electricity and gas market mechanisms.
  • You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex contract and pricing models in a clear way, using a methodical approach and solid Excel skills.
  • In negotiations, you are confident and persuasive, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • You work independently while staying collaborative, sharing knowledge and insights with your team.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently, and French is an advantage.

What you’ll do 

  • Work with enterprise and technical infrastructure teams to define and refine our Azure cloud strategy. 
  • Design resilient, cost-effective cloud and hybrid solutions using the right mix of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. 
  • Regularly review existing architectures and suggest improvements to enhance performance, security, and cost optimization.

What you bring

Wat is jouw impact?

 

Jij bent het gezicht van Luminus op het terrein. Jij waakt over de prestaties en veiligheid van onze windparken. Je organiseert inspecties en onderhoudswerken, houdt de technische werking nauw in het oog en zorgt dat alles draait zoals het hoort – van oplevering tot dagelijkse werking.

 

Je dagelijkse werk

 

  • Je maakt deel uit van een team van supervisors en werkt in regio Antwerpen/Kempen - Limburg:
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische opvolging van meerdere windparken.
  • Je wordt (in overleg) expert in een specifiek technisch domein, zoals hoogspanning, elektronica of turbinecomponenten.
  • Je neemt deel aan de dagelijkse monitoring van de installaties via het systeem Bazefield.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt onderhoudswerken, steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid en milieuregels (HSE).
  • Je stelt verbetervoorstellen (retrofits) op waar nodig.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Asset-coördinator en signaleert belangrijke technische issues.

 

Jouw profiel

 

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een technische functie – bij voorkeur in elektriciteit.
  • Je bent sterk technisch onderlegd en werkt nauwkeurig.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van Engels.

  • You design, develop and deploy advanced software solutions using AVEVA System Platform, OMI and related tools to boost performance in the electrical sector applications.

Enabling the company to deliver reliable, affordable and clean energy by ensuring compliance, optimizing resources, managing risk and supporting investment in innovation and infrastructure that power the future.

 

 

As a Lead Controller Generation, you'll drive financial performance for Luminus' Generation activities. Reporting to the Director Controlling and managing two Generation Controllers, you'll ensure top-notch reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You'll also be a strategic partner for Generation teams, supporting Luminus' CO2-neutral goals through financial transparency and smart decision-making.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Leading the monthly and yearly closing processes for Generation (Wind, Thermal, Hydro, Nuclear), you ensure accurate reporting on Gross Margin, OPEX, CAPEX and key operational KPI’s.
  • Clear, insightful financial reports and variance analyses are delivered by you for internal and external stakeholders, including COMEX and EDF Group.
  • Driving budgeting and forecasting in close collaboration with Generation teams, you challenge and validate assumptions to aligne with strategic goals.
  • Board members of onshore wind subsidiaries rely on you for sharp financial analyses and presentations that guide strategic decisions.
  • Luminus is represented by you in nuclear steering committees, ensuring sound governance and alignment with our CO2-neutral ambitions.
  • Coaching and developing 2 Generation Controllers, you foster a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • You hold a university degree in economics, business administration or equivalent.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in the energy or industrial sector.
  • You’re a strong leader with proven team management skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • You’re fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
  • You bring sharp analytical skills, a critical mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
  • You’re tech-savvy with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and you’re comfortable with SAP and automation tools.

As a Contract Manager – Renewable Energy Financing, you coordinate third-party financing projects, ensuring overall project profitability. You negotiate contract details, co-construct financial business plans, monitor construction and follow up on operational performance. Additionally, you manage invoicing and contracts throughout the asset's lifetime and serve as the main contact for financial institutions financing the installations through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • By integrating financing options into renewable energy proposals you support the sales team.
  • You co-create and validate business plans for new installations with the Finance team.
  • Aligning with Legal, Finance and Sales, you negotiate contracts with clients and investors.
  • You coordinate the full lifecycle of third-party financing projects : from contract signature to operational follow-up.
  • Ensuring financial and operational reporting is on point, you manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
  • You handle incidents, legal issues and performance monitoring to safeguard project profitability.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in legal and contract management and in the energy or technical sector is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
  • You understand the basics of Sales, Finance and Operations and can connect the dots across departments.

As a Digital Product Owner, you are the driving force behind the vision, prioritisation and delivery of digital solutions that enhance customer onboarding and support Luminus’ transformation towards customer-centricity and operational excellence.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Luminus’ ambition is translated by you into a clear product vision for the online sales funnel and related tools.
  • The product backlog for one or two Agile teams is defined and prioritized by you, always with a focus on value creation.
  • Sprint goals are set, delivery is monitored and alignment with the product roadmap is ensured by you.
  • Your team is coached by you, with knowledge shared and continuous improvement encouraged.
  • The bridge between end-users, business owners and other stakeholders is formed by you.

What you bring

  • You understand digital domains like SEO, SEA, UX/UI design, and service design.
