As a Senior Digital Transformation Analyst, you accelerate data‑ and AI‑powered excellence across our Support Departments. You design, build and scale intelligent automations and agentic workflows that uplift efficiency, insight generation and enterprise maturity. You work end‑to‑end: from identifying the right opportunities to delivering governed, reusable solutions that truly transform how we operate.

What you’ll do

• You design and build low‑code AI‑assisted and agentic workflows using Power Automate and Copilot Studio, enabling smarter document triage, data extraction and multi‑step orchestration.
• You apply human‑in‑the‑loop controls, safety guardrails and prompting standards aligned with Luminus’ AI governance.
• You assess emerging AI capabilities, advising stakeholders on value, risks and opportunities for experimentation or adoption.
• You identify and prioritize high‑impact automation opportunities, delivering scalable, governed solutions across reporting, consolidation, reconciliation and file handling.
• You coach interns and contributors, review deliverables and raise the overall quality and maturity of automation practices.
• You drive adoption through clear demos, micro‑trainings and actionable playbooks, ensuring solutions are embraced and reused across departments.

What you bring

• You hold a Master’s degree (engineering, computer science, data, business or related field) and bring at least four years of hands‑on automation experience.
• You master Excel, Power Query and VBA for fast, reliable data wrangling.
• You build end‑to‑end automation flows with Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud) and are comfortable with AI tooling, prompt design and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns.
• You ideally bring skills in Power BI, Python, SQL or platform awareness like Snowflake/AWS.
• You communicate clearly, translate technical concepts for business users and enable others to work autonomously.
• You thrive in evolving environments, balance quick wins with structural improvements and collaborate proactively with stakeholders.
