Lead the digital HR transformation at Luminus!

As an HR Technology and People Data Lead, you’re at the heart of our digital HR journey. You shape the future of our HR technology landscape and data strategy, driving innovation and efficiency in how we support our people and organization. By bridging HR, IT, and business needs, you ensure our systems are future-ready and our decisions are data-driven.

 

What you’ll do

  • You build and lead the HRIS roadmap, aligned with HR strategy, IT capabilities, and budget priorities.
  • You act as Product Owner for HR tools like SuccessFactors, working closely with IT to deliver impactful solutions.
  • You manage upgrades, vendor performance, and ensure compliance, data quality, and seamless interoperability across platforms.
  • You define and drive a strong HR data governance framework, ensuring GDPR compliance and fostering data literacy.
  • You lead the development of dashboards and advanced analytics to support strategic HR decisions.
  • You inspire digital innovation within HR and ensure the successful rollout and adoption of new tools.

 

What you bring

  • You have proven experience in HRIS management and enterprise-level data governance.
  • You are skilled in platforms like SuccessFactors, SAP, CATS, and passionate about data and analytics.
  • You bring strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • You understand GDPR and compliance requirements and apply them to digital HR solutions.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You bring a curious mindset, are AI-savvy, and communicate with impact.
