As a Credit Risk Data Analyst, you play a vital role in safeguarding Luminus from financial exposure. You take ownership of the full credit risk process – from extracting and analyzing data to translating insights into action. Your expertise will sharpen credit decisions, improve portfolio steering, and keep bad debt under control, ensuring our Retail, B2B, and Affiliate units stay on track for success.

 

What you’ll do

  • From start to finish, you take charge of the credit risk process, transforming raw data into strategies that drive impact.
  • While monitoring performance, you maintain and enhance credit risk models, dashboards, and reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • You deliver precise credit risk figures to business systems like Salesforce, SAP, SAS, and eRAM, making sure processes run efficiently.
  • Using predictive models, you improve credit scoring and default detection across multiple portfolios.
  • You optimize and automate workflows, replacing manual tasks with scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • In collaboration with IT, you configure, test, and validate credit system features, guaranteeing they meet operational and risk requirements.

 

What you bring

  • You have a Master’s degree in economics, finance, or commercial engineering, plus at least 4 years of experience in financial risk analysis or modelling.
  • You combine a sharp analytical mind with strong skills in tools like Power BI, SAS, Python, or SQL.
  • You thrive on turning complex technical concepts into clear, actionable ideas.
  • You bring a proactive mindset, challenging the status quo to improve processes.
  • You are resilient under pressure and comfortable navigating large amounts of data.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English or French.
