B2B Performance Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to strengthen our B2B Performance & Insights team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, deliver strategic insights and support decision-making through data, financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end process for volume deviation and solar case detection, ensuring timely follow-up, risk assessment, and resolution.
- Analyse energy volume data at customer and portfolio level to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present consolidated reporting and coordinate STEERCO preparation and facilitation.
- Act as a performance business partner by providing commercial insights, supporting B2B strategic planning, and contributing to profitability reviews.
- Conduct market, portfolio, and competitor analyses to inform B2B sales and support marketing & product development strategy.
- Develop and enforce data governance standards while promoting a strong, organization-wide data-driven culture.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external B2B stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and impact.
What you bring
- You have a Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience or training.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial, analytical or financial role.
- You possess strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, accuracy, proactivity, a hands-on approach and a result-driven mindset.
- You have excellent listening skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- You have knowledge of machine learning, Python, SQL and strong Excel Skills
