As an Agile Delivery Manager, you are the driving force behind a high-performing scrum team within our IT department. You combine leadership, coaching, and operational ownership to deliver high-quality digital solutions that boost internal efficiency and customer focus.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coach your scrum team towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Safeguard delivery quality and ensure sprint and PI objectives are met.
- Remove obstacles and foster a healthy team dynamic.
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration within a Release Train and represent your team in agile forums.
- Take ownership of applications in scope, from development to operational stability.
- Manage the full HR cycle of your team members.
What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in team management, IT operations, and agile delivery.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with a helicopter view and customer-oriented mindset.
- A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software and governance processes.
- Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
