Luminus is the number 2 producer and supplier of electricity and gas on the Belgian energy market and plays a key role in the energy transition. Within Retail B2B, we support companies and professional customers with reliable, compliant and efficient energy solutions.

As Manager Billing B2B, you are responsible for ensuring accurate, complete and timely invoicing processes for the B2B segment at national level. You lead the billing organization in line with the Retail B2B strategy and Finance procedures, while safeguarding financial performance, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. From operational excellence to continuous improvement, you ensure that billing processes positively impact P&L, working capital and cash flow, while delivering a seamless customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Leading and organizing the B2B billing team, ensuring accurate, complete and timely invoicing across all billing systems.
  • Managing operational risks related to invoicing, including regulatory compliance, contractual clauses (such as pricing formulas) and sector-specific processes.
  • Defining and monitoring SLAs with key stakeholders such as Finance, Credit Management, Disputes, Sales, Customer Service, IT and DGO partners.
  • Overseeing reporting activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly or ad hoc) for Finance, Credit & Cash Committee and senior management.
  • Ensuring proper documentation, updates and communication of billing business rules and system usage across relevant teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems and organization, while actively contributing to transformation and cross-functional projects.

 

What you bring

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance or a related field.
  • You have at least five years of experience in team management, preferably within billing or dunning activities.
  • You bring strong knowledge of financial processes and understand the impact of billing on P&L, working capital and cash flow.
  • You are experienced in project management and feel comfortable working with management systems (experience with SAP IS-U and Salesforce is a strong asset).
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
  • You combine strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to coach, align and develop a team in a changing environment.

En tant que Technicien Hydro vous jouez un rôle clé dans la sécurité, la fiabilité et la performance de la centrale hydroélectrique de Lixhe et du nouveau parc de batteries BESS. Vous accompagnez le Coordinateur Hydro dans l’exploitation quotidienne des installations et contribuez directement à l’énergie de demain.

 

Votre quotidien en tant que Technicien

  • Vous réalisez des tâches pluridisciplinaires : dépannage, entretien et suivi journalier de tous les équipements et bâtiments.
  • Vous effectuez les rondes techniques, corrigez les défauts et assurez leur notification.
  • Vous renforcez ponctuellement d’autres centrales hydro selon les besoins opérationnels.
  • Vous participez aux gardes liées à l’activité.
  • Vous suivez les problématiques techniques impactant la sécurité ou la performance et alimentez les boucles d’apprentissage (Reporting, RCA, pièces, processus).
  • Vous mettez à jour les schémas électriques et gérez la consignation / mise en service des équipements de Lixhe et BESS, y compris en haute tension.

 

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en électronique, automation, électricité (ou électromécanique avec expérience équivalente).
  • Vous disposez de quelques années d’expérience industrielle et avez une forte orientation sécurité.
  • Vous êtes autonome, observateur·trice, analytique et faites preuve d’initiative.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire et maîtrisez SAP (MM/PM).
  • Vous avez une connaissance de l’anglais technique et êtes à l’aise avec le travail en hauteur, nacelles et élévateurs.
  • Vous avez le permis B et souhaitez développer une polyvalence technique sur plusieurs sites.

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to strengthen our B2B Performance & Insights team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, deliver strategic insights and support decision-making through data, financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Lead the end-to-end process for volume deviation and solar case detection, ensuring timely follow-up, risk assessment, and resolution.
  • Analyse energy volume data at customer and portfolio level to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present consolidated reporting and coordinate STEERCO preparation and facilitation.

  • You support new-build and renovation projects by defining OT architecture, cybersecurity requirements, data processes and reporting standards.
  • You act as the key bridge between Generation and Luminus IT, aligning tools, policies and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • You ensure safe working conditions for internal teams and contractors, aiming for zero accidents.

 

What you bring

  • You hold a master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in team management and 5 years in industrial network cybersecurity.
  • You bring strong OT cybersecurity expertise and ideally hold an IEC 62443 certification (or you are ready to obtain it within two years).
  • You are a networker with strong coaching skills, able to inspire change and lead with empathy.
  • You combine strategic vision with hands-on problem solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to keep an overall helicopter view.
  • You communicate clearly in French or Dutch (fluent), English (fluent), and have basic competence in the other national language.

As a Buyer – Technical Goods & Services, you take the lead in shaping category strategies and driving procurement projects that deliver real impact. You work closely with technical experts and internal stakeholders to optimise costs, enhance supplier performance, and create long-term value for Luminus.

What you’ll do

  • You define and communicate category strategies that align with business goals.
  • You lead sourcing processes (RFx) to optimise Total Cost of Ownership and generate value.
  • You collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate needs into clear specifications.
  • You negotiate with suppliers and award contracts in line with policy and strategy.
  • You monitor supplier performance and manage contracts to ensure compliance.

What you bring

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you are a servant leader and coach who guides scrum teams toward high performance and self-organization. You ensure operational stability (build & run), foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across digital delivery. You bridge agile practices with people leadership, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team wellbeing in one of Luminus’ most business-critical digital domains: Digital Customer Onboarding & the Public Website.

You take end-to-end ownership of delivery and operations, while creating a safe, transparent environment where teams can grow, take responsibility and deliver real customer impact.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a mature scrum team (mix of internal & external colleagues) so that you and your colleagues deliver high-quality applications, digital flows and stable operations.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of build & run, including delivery roadmaps, operational stability, incident follow-up and continuous improvement within your application scope.
  • Manage the full HR cycle for your team members (internals & externals): coaching, performance follow-up, evaluations and development.
  • Facilitate Agile rituals and help your team apply SAFe principles and Luminus methodologies in a pragmatic, delivery-focused way.
  • Coordinate inter-team collaboration within an Agile Release Train and across multiple IT and business domains, proactively managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
  • Remove impediments and take tactical decisions so that your team can deliver committed business value with quality and predictability.

 

What you’ll bring

  • You have strong coaching and people leadership skills and lead in a servant leadership style, focused on trust, transparency and autonomy.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience leading agile teams, including people management, in a complex digital or IT environment.
  • You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of either Dutch or French, allowing you to work closely with business stakeholders.
  • You understand how enterprise software, integrations and governance processes work in a multi-application landscape.
  • You are a proactive decision-maker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have solid experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe and IT operations (build & run), and affinity with tools and technologies such as Jira/Confluence, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Azure, Sanity CMS, Git, CI/CD, monitoring and incident handling.
