As a Scrum Master Digital, you’ll act as a servant leader and coach, enabling two autonomous digital Scrum teams to become high-performing, self-organizing and delivery-driven. With your solid background in application development, you’ll bring pragmatic Agile leadership and foster continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with the Product Owner to ensure clear priorities and alignment with business needs. In collaboration with the Technical Lead, you’ll help the team tackle technical blockers and ensure delivery remains on track—without needing to be a technical expert yourself.You guide the team beyond ceremonies: your focus is on actual delivery, effective team collaboration, and continuous growth.

 

What you'll do

 

  • You’ll help shape the evolution and performance of our customer-facing applications, such as My Luminus.
  • To support steady progress toward Sprint and PI goals, you work to remove impediments and keep delivery commitments in focus.
  • You facilitate all Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, coordinate inter-team alignment, and protect your team from uncontrolled scope expansion
  • Working closely with the Product Owner and Technical Lead, you help ensure smooth delivery and address blockers early.
  • Your contribution to team dynamics helps foster ownership, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.
  • You help the team strengthen delivery quality by promoting practices that complement Agile ways of working, such as improved demo techniques, CI/CD, and test automation.

What you bring

 

  • You have a background in software development (as a developer, tester, analyst or architect), enabling you to understand technical challenges and coach teams effectively—without being the technical lead yourself.
  • You bring experience in leading application development teams and guiding them through complex delivery cycles.
  • You are a seasoned Agile practitioner, preferably with hands-on SAFe experience in a multi-team setup.
  • You are familiar with frontend/backend technologies and IT architecture, and know how to engage with technical and business profiles.

As an Enterprise Architect focused on information and data, you will shape critical decisions, guide integration of new technologies, and translate complex regulatory requirements into smart, pragmatic solutions. You help future-proof Luminus in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Defining Luminus IT architecture strategies is a key part of your role, aligning them with medium- to long-term business needs, industry best practices, and EDF Group guidelines.

  • You will work closely with Solution and Infrastructure Architects, validating technical delivery choices and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

  • Supporting business and customer requirements through compliant, effective solutions will be one of your core contributions.

  • Developing solution architectures across multiple technology domains enables you to build scalable and resilient systems.

  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for data and information architecture domains, you formulate recommendations on technical debt reduction, convergence, and cost efficiency.

  • You direct a Community of Practice, coaching them and helping them develop by transferring knowledge, giving feedback, challenging, and identifying areas for improvement, all in consultation with the director EA, business stakeholders, vendor management, and purchasing.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • You hold a university degree or equivalent experience.

  • You bring at least 10 years of experience as an IT Architect with a strong focus on information and data architecture.

  • You are skilled in methodologies like data fabric, data product thinking, data integration patterns, data lineage, data governance, and data modeling.

  • You are familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.

  • You have hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as SAP Lean IX, AWS Stack, Soda, and ideally Salesforce.

  • You have a solid understanding of privacy and security legislation (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) and can pragmatically translate these into workable solutions.

  • You communicate fluently in English and have a conversational level of Dutch or French, or are motivated to learn one of these languages.

  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and communicate in a collaborative, non-authoritarian style. You know how to convince through logic and dialogue, not directives.

As a Security Operations Analyst, you’ll take the lead in detecting, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats. You'll manage security vulnerabilities using tools like Tenable, support simulation-based awareness campaigns, and refine incident response processes. Your work will not only protect our infrastructure—it will strengthen our broader security culture and ensure that colleagues and external stakeholders alike can rely on a safe IT environment.

  

What you'll do

 

  • You will monitor and respond to security events, alerts and incidents. 
  • With Tenable, RAPID7 or Qualys, you’ll perform vulnerability assessments, interpret findings, and coordinate with IT teams for remediation.
  • Phishing simulations, awareness platforms, video trainings—you’ll ensure they are rolled out effectively and that employees engage with them.
  • Enhancing endpoint protection, securing privileged access, and applying secure coding practices will be part of your daily toolkit.
  • In collaboration with colleagues and vendors, you’ll update and refine procedures to keep Luminus ahead of cyber threats.

What you bring 

  • You have over 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC, SIEM and vulnerability management. 
  • You are familiar with security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST and OWASP. 
  • Certifications like GCED or GCIH? Preferred, and a strong asset if you have them.
  • With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you act decisively when security issues arise.
  • You have excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external teams.
