Your daily job :
As a Talent Acquisition Matchmaker, you'll be the driving force behind finding, selecting, and hiring the best candidates for our open positions. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll define what the ideal candidate looks like and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent. 

• You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• By developing creative sourcing strategies, you will maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey will be one of your key responsibilities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote internal mobility and talent development.
• Additionally, you will prepare offers, manage contract administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Depending on your ambition and curiosity, you can also participate in recruitment and HR projects.

Your profile:

• You are fluent in French and Dutch, with proficiency in English.
• You have a passion for connecting with people and selecting the right talent.
• You possess a natural appetite for organizing, planning, and coordinating.
• Your strong negotiation and communication skills set you apart.
• You have the ability to think outside the box and take initiative.
• You have a collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team.
