Commercial Data Analyst

MISSION

Join our Data Analysis team within the Retail & B2B department and play a pivotal role in steering Luminus' vision through data-driven insights. Your expertise in SQL, SAS, and Qlik will be instrumental in analyzing vast datasets to uncover trends and patterns that drive retail operations and customer experience.
 

Key Responsibilities
·    Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models using SAS and Qlik to support business decision-making.
·    Generate interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other critical metrics.
·    Maintain close relationships with the business stakeholders and acquire detailed knowledge of the business processes.
·    Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
·    Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support day-to-day operations with timely data analysis.
·    Drive continuous improvement in retail processes through proactive data insights and innovations.
·    Present data-driven recommendations to management and aid in the decision-making process.
 

SKILLS
·    Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
·    Agile and results-focused work ethic.
·    You are a team player with a customer-centric approach and a proactive way of working.
·    Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Dutch/French.
·    MSc Degree in a business/data/technology-related field or equivalent experience.
·    Expert knowledge of SQL is required.
·    Expert knowledge of data processing tools such as SAS, Python, or R is required
·    Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is required.

Position in the Organization
·    Reports to the Data Analysis Manager.
·    Collaborates closely with team managers in Retail and squad leads.
·    Contributes to achieving sales targets, efficiency gains, and key Retail KPIs.
