What You’ll Do
- Define and refine application access rules and roles (RBAC).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document IAM needs.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Support the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Configure and manage IAM tools while ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support and deliver IAM training sessions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years in IT support, security, or a related field.
- Familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, or OneIdentity is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Fluency in French or Dutch, with professional proficiency in English.
- A proactive mindset, ready to tackle challenges and deliver results.
